* For your safety security cameras fitted facing away from the house in the front and back
* 2 car garage
* A Refundable Security Deposit is payable upon check in and collection of keys.
Please note that linen is not provided as part of your booking. You will be required to bring sheets, towels, bath mat, hand towel, face washer, tea towels and beach towels. There will be pillows and blankets as part of your stay. If you would like to hire linen please contact Sweet Sheets Linen for a quote and payment.
* Operation and issues of the council canal lock is beyond the owner's control and unforeseen issues may occur from time to time
(There will be no entrance by boat to the canal from the Pumicestone Passage from 12th August 2024 to 4th October 2024 as there will be maintenance being completed on the lock)
