Great location, wifi and comfy stay!

Perfect location, walking distance from a lot of the main areas in George Town. Amazing value for money. The hotel offered cleaning in the room everyday if we wanted. The Wifi was also really quick.

No option for breakfast.

location and interesting revamped building.

only one power socket in living room. music from the smash an repair shop, not property’s fault. no water for hours as someone turned off the main faucet twice in 2 days. staff could be more proactive.

Good choices for travelers looking for a convenient stay at the heart of the island city

The hotel's location at the heart of island city made it incredibly convenient for sightseeing, dining, shopping and etc. Being centrally located allowed my family and I to explore the city easily by foot, visiting nearby attractions, trying out local cuisines and indulging in some shopping. The hotel was well-maintained and clean. The staff members were friendly and responsive.

One aspect that I found challenging was there is no parking provided by the Hotel. Being in the city center, street parking was scarce, and finding a parking spot required luck. Luckily for us, we were able to find parking nearby the hotel and it was during the day time. Another thing that i encountered was that the bedsheet was slightly dirty.

In the heart of the action! 10/10 highly recommend!!

The room was absolutely beautiful and homely! It has a real NYC loft feel about it. Close to a heap of amenities with Prangin Mall and 1st Ave Mall at the end of the street, Kimberley St food markets at the other end of the street, and Chulia St Hawker markets and Little India all within a 5-10 minute walk. We hired a car and found it easy to get a park in the street each afternoon/night we were there. During the day, the spaces are usually all taken. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Be aware there is no lift and all rooms are on the second level. We have 2 small kids (2 & 4 yrs old) and they navigated the stairs with ease. The stairs are worth how cool these apartments are! Loved it! I had read older reviews of noise coming from pubs close by, we did not experience any noise at night or during the day. The pub may have shut down. We staying in room 148 (directly above reception).

Perfect for a short getaway with friends and family.

Close proximity to malls and food. Staff was polite. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Room was spacious as well.

Walls are little thin and you can hear the outside quite clearly.

Quite a comfortable stay, the 3 bedder room size is just nice to accommodate up to 6 adults. Good location & reasona

within walking distance to many eateries, cafes, popular street food, malls & even foot/body massage shops. The fun Upside Down museum is just round the corner. With hair salon next door, you can always drop in for a hair wash if you’re too tired. Easy to grab around from hotel site. Peaceful location

not able to adjust aircon in 2 out of the 3bedrooms. need to rely on living room aircon so have to sleep without closing bedroom doors. good thing is aircon quite powerful. The common bathroom bidet pipe keep leaking & shower pressure not powerful. not enough hooks in bathrooms to hang clothes. The other attached bathroom is a bit small. Not suitable for senior folks as need to climb up/flights of stairs to reach room

Besides the stairs, everything was very good. Nothing to complain about. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I slept well. The pillow and bed are very comfortable.

Amazing location and spacious rooms and super clean as well. Living room can get a bit tight if the bed is open. Bathroom was a good size and very clean.

Superb hotel. Deposit policy not acceptsble

Modern, clean, nicely decorated. Lovely bathroom. Large room - apartment.

Asking for a €43 refundable deposit at check in is most anoying. I had paid in full in advance. I am a Gold Level Booking.com customer. This is unacceptable to a new arrival who may not have yet changed their currency.

A great location and room for independent travellers

The rooms were spacious, and is conveniently located across from Prangin Mall. It is only a very short walk to Terminal Komtar bus station. Rooms are well cleaned, and having two separate bedrooms is great for groups of travellers that might want more privacy.

Only thing is that there are some stairs to access all apartments - this might not be the best option for visitors with injured knees etc.

We had read the reviews right before our stay which made us a lil worried. But we were pleasantly surprised. 1. The downstairs bar has moved so the noise isn't as bad as what has been described before 2. It is a 2-star hotel. So don't expect a 4-5 star stay. But we were really happy with what we paid for. There were 2 bedrooms & was basically an apartment with a lounge area with a couch & tv, small kitchen. Better than what I had expected. Spacious 3. Amenities were all working & great ie hot shower, safe, water kettle 4. AC was already turned on prior to our check-in which was very much appreciated

Lots of stairs with uneven steps & rather narrow. But as long as you can handle steps, then it's no issues at all Sound proofing definitely is poor like you can hear the conversations of passer-bys even but it wasn't to the level of noise that kept us from sleeping

Great location right next to KOMTAR bus terminal with buses going to the airport or Ferringi Beach. The rooms are spacious and nicely designed. Great neighbourhood with many interesting hawker centers and restaurants right behind the corner. The staff is awesome and very professional and helped us to arrange many things.

The noise! There is a club with a roof terrace with a loud music to 3-5 am. In the room facing the street you can hear basicly everythig and it is really hard to sleep there. The other room is pretty quite.
