Wonderful stay in a lovely quiet comfortable cottage

Michelle was there to greet us before we got out of the car she was lovely and gave us information about taxi services if required Was also on hand if we needed anything at all Would highly recommend this cottage and would certainly use again

Because we left early morning I did not get a chance to thank Michelle or say goodbye

Nahezu perfekte Unterkunft

Das war die beste Unterkunft in unserem Urlaub. Ein ganz liebevoll eingerichtetes Cottage. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett. Der äußere Schein des Hauses trügt. Innen ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Lage ist super. Es ist ein kleines bisschen außerhalb von Aberlour, aber mit dem Auto kann man alles erreichen. Leider liegen die Schlafzimmer auf der Straßenseite, so dass man bei offenem Fenster den ganzen Verkehr hört..

Bis auf den Straßenlärm bei offenem Fenster gibt es nichts negatives zu berichten

Sehr nette Gastgeber, sehr schöne Unterkunft

Sehr viel Platz, gut ausgestattete Küche, 2 komplette Bäder, wir durften die Kräuter im Vorgarten benutzen zum Kochen. Sehr viele Destillerien in der Nähe und Stadt. Schöner Kamin, den wir benutzen durften.

Ideaal verblijf in de omgeving van Aberlour!

Ideaal gelegen om whisky distilleerderijen in de omgeving te bezoeken, mega vriendelijke gastvrouw en gastheer, parkeergelegenheid voor de deur, compleet ingericht en ruim huis, plek om buiten te zitten, alles was schoon en de badkamers lijken als nieuw. Hebben een heerlijke avond gehad bij de vuurkorf, het ontbrak aan niets! Op loopafstand van Aberlour en Glenallachie distillery.

Great cottage in Aberlour to explore Speyside

The cottage is great, well-equipped and in a very convenient location, close enough to Aberlour to walk (and there's a walkway along the main road). The living room makes for a lovely place to chill at the end of a day exploring the area. And Michelle was a very good, responsive and at the same time discreet host.

Really enjoyed our stay in the cottage. Didn't want to leave!

The cottage was excellent. Fantastically presented. Very clean. Everything you needed in the kitchen. Bathrooms also well equipped with many extra little touches ie complimentary toiletries. We loved the use of the wood burning stove. The property was far more than we ever expected, ensuring we had an excellent stay.

Cosy apartment in a great location.

Cosy apartment, ideal for our needs. Very friendly and helpful hosts. A short walk into town where there are a couple of restaurants and bars. Ideal location to visit local distilleries.

Cozy Spey area stay.

Cozy house just on the outskirts of Aberlour (10 min walk with sidewalks). Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The 2 bedrooms are upstairs as is one bathroom, 2nd bath downstairs. Kitchen is well equipped so you can cook in if you want. For coffee drinkers -cafetiere (French press) for coffee. Parking is right in front of the door. While there is no place to sit outside, we had a lovely stay and would definitely stay here again! Others had mentioned the road noise, but we didn't have any issues with it (hardly noticeable). Highly recommend this place if you're looking to explore Speyside.

Everything was great. Wouldn't recommend it for those with mobility issues as the stairs are a bit steep and narrow.

We absolutely loved it, we chilled in front of the fire and had some lovely walks. We'll be back!

It was comfortable, cosy, well situated and just generally a gorgeous place with friendly owners!

To walk down to the village the hill was a wee bit steep on the way back up but it's manageable and means you get the great views and great walks nearby.

Location brilliant for visiting Aberlour and Glenallachie distillery. Excellent hosts who give you a warm welcome and this is why we returned. House well equipped and very clean. Like visiting family. Will be back.

Very good

The Cottage was amazing and loved the fact you could buy firewood on site for the stove.

The road traffic noise from bedroom. Cottage is next to road. If you live with traffic then probably wouldnt bother you.

Very comfortable cottage with excellent facilities. Lovely and warm and a bonus to have a bathroom and a shower room. Michelle our host could not have been more helpful.

The cottage was adjacent to the main road consequently there was a little traffic noise now and again. That however was a very minor negative and would recommend the cottage to anyone.
