Décevant

Plus de dépôt de garantie nécessaire ce qui permet de partir quand on veut sans avoir à attendre quelqu'un pour le check-out.

J'y avais déjà séjourné 2 ou 3 fois mais au n° 69 (qui d'ailleurs figurait sur ma réservation) mais on m'a dirigée vers le 75 et j'ai été déçue. Cet appartement est un peu dégradé. Il était poussiéreux, avec des toiles d'araignée (voir photos), le fer à repasser inutilisable tellement la semelle était sale, une housse de couette avec des accrocs et des serviettes de toilette qui mériteraient d'être renouvelées. Une des grilles de climatisation dans la grande chambre avait un problème (ancien car beaucoup de moisissure autour) et de l'eau gouttait sur le sol. Prestation vraiment en baisse, appartement mal entretenu, je n'y reviendrai pas.

Comfortable

Everything, very spacious ie two bedroom suite, cleanliness and comfort. The staff is very attentive and attend to our request promptly . The location is very good, in the centre…however…

The parking is very hard to find because it is surrounded by eating places unless you park after 10pm you might find parkings infront of the hotel. There is a karaoke centre opposite of this hotel but If dont mind the loud noise then it is fine.

The space is spacious n nearby food attraction by walking distance.

The parking hard to find in the afternoon till night.the cleanliness of the property,dusty and sandy floor. Toilet sink is clogged and can’t be used during our stay. Toilet have the bad smell(bau masam) Aircond not functioning well. Noisy during midnight as there is a club there.

Nice unit but Inadequate maintenance

Large and comfy bed, large luggage placement area.

Key collection at different hotel, clogged shower floor trap, noise traffic during early morning and late night, noisy music from opposite shoplot,master room thermometer temperature no-show problem,leaking aircond, access password changed without informing, bad air circulation in room, no instructions on microwave.

Exceptional

I like that they will ask if I would like room service and we requested for late checkout as well. We can contact the staff through WhatsApp and they will attend to us. Their response is quick.

Just that it is on the second floor and the reception counter at the other hotel will need to walk a distance for us it is still easy just that we have luggage with us. Families planning to book just book at their main hotel instead to save the trouble from walking with kids or elderly. And the room we are in the Aircon is not strong enough for us the living room is even colder than the room we are staying in.

It was reasonable pleasant but there were issues.

It was more like an apartment then a hotel room. It was not clear from the profile/description in the Booking.com site that I would be making a reservation for an apartment.

The toilet bidet did not work most of the time, there was something wrong with the bidet head.

Great stay. Would definitely come again!

Location was great. Nice & cozy.

That particular unit was a bit rundown. Paint on wall was peeling/stained. Sofa was worn out & sunk when sat on. My previous stay was a different unit & it was good. Should do some upkeep for this unit. Otherwise, everything else was ok.

Not a hotel, but an apartment.

Spacious room and with the extra amenities, such as a full kitchen, microwave, stove, fridge, washing machine.

The pictures are nothing like the reality. It smells a lot of sweat and old dirty furnitures.

Exceptional

Exceptionally customer service from the PHC team, special shout out to Nurul, who promptly sorted out the miscommunication that occured. My family loved our stay and we will return again when we visit. This place is ideal for visitors who would like to explore Georgetown on foot & for those who orders food delivery often (likes us) as the room opens out to the main street hence making it so convenient for food collection. However it might not be ideal if you are driving as it's difficult to find parking nearby and you will have to pay for parking. Overall, great accomodation!

Superb

Perfect vacation when we stay at this hotel, it's located at the center of George Town. spacious clean comfort room. Staffs are helpful and very friendly, Thanks to Ms. Sharmini. definitely will stay at this hotel again when we would be back to Penang next trip.

Great stay central location but noisy bad drinking bar as neighbor.

Opposite drinking bar was very noisy and operating till early morning and beyond licensed time 2.30am. The patrons continued to behave as drunkards in front of the venue oblivious to the peaceful period and disrespectful when the surrounding neighborhoods are actually sleeping for the night. There were loud conversations and cars speeding in and out wt car honkings in between. My family experienced till all night wt worst noise being from 3.30-5am Bar owner is seriously flouting the license given to them. I only could sleep after 5am when all the activities died down as the loud behaviors ended.

The hotel counter is about 400 kilometers away from the place where we stayed. We were sweating when we pushed our luggage from the hotel to the counter. The request for a glass of water was also rejected

Beautiful accommodation. Comfy bed and pillow. Great location. Friendly staff. Clean room.

One of the bedroom air conditioning was in need of maintenance. Room got smelly due to poor ventilation. Will be great if the maintenance is done.

there’s a full on night club opposite the apartment , couldn’t sleep until 4 am. it’s not supposed to be a hotel, booking.com should remove it. the club noise is too much. the second bedroom has the water pump right next to it so pump noise the whole night. there’s a staircase, you have to carry your luggage up the stairs to the apartment. the walls are so dirty from water stains. it’s just very bad. for the price we paid, this is just bad. please avoid this hotel. parking infront also require payment or the police will give you a ticket. there’s only 1 bathroom in the 2 bedroom apartment.

Central and close to good restos and town.

Opposite a karaoke bar. If you are a light sleeper avoid the front room or the accommodation all together. Dark inside the unit but functional. They take a deposit (cash/card). Hopefully will get it refunded but takes up to a month if you use card.

Great stay in Georgetown

Everything is in walking distance (though the traffic is really bad). Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment.

The noise from the bars in the area would have been too much, if we didn't have a second bedroom away from the street. In the one facing the street, we couldn't have slept. Maybe they should demand bars to have sound proof walls if they want to play loud music.

Not pleasant to stay without parking

I wouldn’t return to his hotel at all. First of all, the parking is insane around this area. They don’t provide parking, yet charging a lot. Also, street parking is not easy to get as there are many restaurants surrounding this hotel. The aircon in the 2nd room is faulty. It made sounds all through the night which was very inconvenient. The hotel was kept clean and neat.. nothing to be ‘wow wow’ like that..also this area is very noisy at night. Don’t stay here If you have kids.

not going back again to this property.

the property was ok, but the water pump is keep buzzing each 5-10minutes it is quite annoying, for the room behind which is near the toilet, second the AC for small room behind, one is dripping and another one is not functioning. They need to get ready and check up before selling to the guest(us).

overall is just normal but the price is consider pricy 730++ for a studio 2rooms with a shared bathroom
