Beautifully restyled with a modern, contemporary design, the villa boasts a large open-plan space downstairs with a high-end chefs kitchen, multiple dining areas and a comfortable living room with reverse cycle air conditioning. Never miss your favourite binge-worthy drama, thanks to the property's NBN broadband and complimentary Netflix. Sliding glass doors provide ample natural light as well as access to the spacious outdoor deck, with separate lounge and dining space and swimming pool.
Upstairs, the enormous master suite offers a king bed and 2 singles which can be made as 2 kings or split into 4 singles, creating a flexible space ideal for a family or group of friends. The master ensuite offers dual standing shower heads as well as a luxurious, freestanding bathtub. 2 additional bedrooms are similar in design, both with 1 queen bed, sharing a second spacious bathroom. The formal dining table is just off the kitchen, a beautiful custom wood piece with space for 10 to dine comfortably.

The deluxe master at Catalina's is a uniquely appointed bedroom, created with flexibility in mind. Set up as a king and 2 singles for a small family, the room also be configured as 2 kings or split into 4 singles, ideal for 4 friends or teenagers to share. For added comfort, all bedrooms havereverse cycle air conditioning as well as heating and the master includesa Smart TV and its own luxurious ensuite with a freestanding tub. A further 2 queen bedrooms are also upstairs, both with soft carpeting, ceiling fans, ample natural light, and luxurious new linens. There is a second, shared bathroom upstairs as well.

Family friendly house. Great location

Comfortable, clean and everything we needed. Unfortunately dishwasher was not working, pool was not cleaned and the sliding wire screen doors were stiff and difficult to slide. Quite location and easy walking distance to the beach. Nicely furnished. Would recommend.

Modern, 5 star accommodation.
We loved being able to walk across the road to the shops in the Habitat centre, and enjoyed the convenience of having a big IGA and other shops so close by. Just a short drive to the beaches. Beautiful bird calls in the morning. Very quiet neighbours. All in all, an excellent stay.

Amazing property, there were 5 girls on a long weekend away. Property was stunning, kitchen well stocked with proper cutlery/crockery :) Nice furnishing and cool pool. Everything we needed was available. Only 5 mins from Byron by car - you need a car or we did use Uber a few times - pretty good.
Overall we had an amazing weekend!

Aside from Major construction works DIRECTLY NEXT TO US - which commenced daily at 6.30-7am!!!!
Little things such:-
NO hand soap in bathrooms - No Laundry Powder - and limited supply of both Toilet Paper (6 people for 10 day stay!!) and Dishwashing tablets! Had to make purchase of all of the above ourselves!
Disappointed in outdoor Living area - limited cover and/or shade in inclement weather!
- No Aircon in downstairs living area - AND ceiling fans set so speed cannot be increased!!
- No downstairs powder room!!! Except for one in outdoor garage/rumpus room!
- Front gate does not lock!
- No remote for car garage - constantly had to climb up step ladder to open/close!
- Pool Man arrived UNANNOUNCED and was very rude when questioned whether should vacuum pool before leaving!?!

Highly recommend this property. The location and the house was ideal for our big family holiday. Beds were very comfortable. Modern kitchen with a big dinning table. Outdoor patio with the pool and spa came in very handy. It was the perfect property and met all our needs for a really enjoyable stay.
