Gorgeous. Great location. Great space.

The house, the space the garden, the views. Good kitchen. Decent bathroom with warm shower and washing machine. The location next to but not at the tourist beaches, next to entrance road to the mountains and the roads inland. Quiet on the mountain, but at walking distance to village, supermarkets and bars/ restaurants. Would definitely return here if ever to return to Gran Canaria. It’s pretty much perfect.

A few things could be slightly better. Lack of wifi was a minor annoyance we knew about in advance. Not really an issue, but still practical when making plans for the next day. Bed is upstairs in the hottest part of the house, it’s a bit of an effort to cool that part down to comfortable temperatures when returning end of the day. With bug shields in front of some of the windows it would be easier to manage a good airflow through the house to cool it with lights on without inviting armies of flying friends. The shower head attachment. It should be fixed. In a way that works for tall people as well, and makes it easier to keep the bathroom dry. Succeeded in having great showers, temperature and pressure of the water were fine, but needed to think. That’s not my best skill in the morning. The bed is also a bit smallish for two tall Northern Europeans but otherwise fine. There’s a decent sleeping couch on ground level though.

Just enjoy the authentic Island

The House is in the middle of avocado and mango trees, with a lovly view over the valley! It has a perfekt location if u want to enjoy the island without all the tourists. Just enjoy the authentic Island!

Next time I have to go when the Avocados are ready! ;-)
