We stock the property with all basic kitchen utensils (dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans). Our cleaning company provides a starter pack of toilet paper (2 rolls per restroom), paper towels (2 rolls in the kitchen), sponge (1), trash bags (3), dishwasher tablets (3), bar soap (1 per restroom), make-up wipes (2 per restroom), hand soap in the restrooms, and dish soap in the kitchen. We supply enough bath towels for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and half the guest count for hand towels and wash cloths. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for you to use at your convenience! We recommend for guests to bring any food, toiletries, and beach towels they may need during their stay!
The cleaning fee covers the cost for cleaning to come in, and flip the unit for the next arrival, especially during the summer when we have a four-hour turnover time. While the cost may seem high to some, this includes the starter pack of supplies in the unit, washing all of the linens and towels, and completely cleaning and sanitizing the unit for the next guests arrival. This is why we kindly ask you to remove all trash, run the dishwasher, and just put the linens and towels in a pile. If these items are not completed, it then causes the cleaning crew to spend extra time doing these tasks, which we have to charge the guest for. By the guests completing these tasks, and not leaving the unit excessively dirty, we are able to get cleaning in and out during the four hour turnover, and this is also how we are able to accommodate early check-ins! While this may not always be the case (sometimes we may have 20-40 turnovers in one day), we strive to accommodate guests and their schedules within reason, to allow you to have an enjoyable stay!
With any excessively dirty unit (excessive pet hair, vomit, stained sheets, stained towels, confetti/glitter, etc), we will have to charge the guest the additional cleaning. This happens very rarely, we just ask you be respectful of the property, as if it were your own home :).

-Must sign Rental Agreement prior to receiving check-in details- please let us know if you'd like a copy before booking (we can't attach)
-If booked on the same day or weekend, please call After-Hours # provided, as we can access our phone quicker than AirBNB
-No day visitors (8 guests-max occupancy- occupancy includes children)
-Max parking- 2 cars (in designated spots, towing will be enforced by a 3rd party company which unfortunately we have no control over- please use parking permits provided upon arrival)
-For stays over 28 days- max 1 guest per bedroom

Loved the location! Walking distance to everything in Gruene! Friday night concert at Gruene Hall, walked back and loved going back to a pool to cool off in. Accessible to the river, was easy to go float! Three couples enjoyed the space!

Great location in Gruene! A few things than could make it even better would be some startup coffee, extra blankets and pool towels. Otherwise we had a fabulous stay and thoroughly enjoyed the town of Gruene❤️ cooling off in the quaint pool was one of my family’s favorite things to do😄

Condo in Gruene
We had a great time shopping in Gruene and riding the river. Condo was nice but the only complaint is futon. It was suppose to sleep 2 but it was not comfortable at all and there was not enough blankets to try to make it more comfortable.

Perfect in every way
We rented the condo for a family wedding in Gruene. Location, size & amenities of condo were perfect for our party. Due to last minute change of plans with family our party changed from 8 adults to 6 adults with 2 kids age 6&2. The size of the condo was perfect for everyone. Plenty of room to spread out & be comfortable. Close to everything in town. Will definitely stay here again. Check-in & out super easy!

Excellent Location
My family and I had an excellent time! The only time we had to drive anywhere was to float the River and that was only a few minutes….everything else was walking distance. Gruene Hall and the speakeasy were so much fun!

Beautiful condo
Condo was perfect for our party of 8. Plenty of space. Very clean. Someone was parked in our assigned parking spot the entire trip which was brought to the managements attention. Wasn’t too big an issue since there was adequate parking in the lot. My only complaint…a pair of Crocs were stolen from right at the front door on our last night there. The convenience of this condo to eating, shopping and Rockin R Rentals was perfection. We’ll definitely rent this unit in the future.

Perfect location!! Glad it had a pool! The property manager dealt with an issue promptly & adequately! Very impressed! The king bed was very comfortable!! The only thing that could be better would be the queen mattresses—needs an upgrade—but otherwise, a great place to stay!!

Loved this property!! Clean and easy to access, parking was convenient. The condo had everything needed to create a great evacuation from Laura, close to restaurants, plenty for everyone in the family to find their gig, river within walking distance, pool just outside the door where we could watch the kids and still be in the condo, lots of neat shops local. We will definitely ask for this unit again!!

Gruene Memorial Weekend
We enjoyed this condo! Great size for 5 people and a baby. Clean and cute! Comfy beds. Big bathrooms. Best of all you can walk to everything in Gruene and your right on the river!

Location of the unit was outstanding. Our group thoroughly enjoyed the immediate access to everything historic Gruene had to offer. Accommodations were good with a nice pool area and access to the river. Would definitely book this unit again!

Everything in Greune was within walking distance; the property was beautiful and spacious, with amazing views, convenient ample guest parking and the experience was amazing!!!
