Very Good location with a pool and ocean view. My family was really pleased with the unit and our stay at the palms and look forward to returning. We love the amenities- volleyball, basketball, and the pools! Very patient and friendly staff as well! Thanks!

The food and drinks were sort of expensive at the palms bistro/good vibes bar and it wasn't that good. Throughout our stay, we tried a variety of different foods and most were over seasoned/salty and didn't have that exceptional restaurant taste. The best thing on the menu were the wings but they are very overpriced!! Maybe they should consider updating menu to match the expensive prices. Also, there was no DJ at the good vibes bar at night this year which was a big hit last summer and was one of the reasons my husband look forward to returning this year. Also, the kids playground was very dirty and equipment needs updating and replacing. Thanks!

The location was great.

The room was not very clean. Sheets were stained. Pool was incredibly dirty

We didn’t think the buy grocery bags at the store, there was only one bag. Which was fine, but an extra would have been nice just until we went to buy more! But still it was great!
