Enjoy the sea breezes and spectacular ocean views from balconies on the main floor and the upstairs master bedroom. The private beach boardwalk is just a few steps across the manicured lawn. A large pool is just behind the unit. You can view the unheated pool from the main living area balcony and the master bedroom balcony. This condo is a perfect place to beat the crowds and relax at one of the best beaches in Florida.
This pristine family friendly condo is located on the beautiful white sands of St. Augustine Beach (Crescent Beach). The townhouse floorplan, located on the second and third floors of the building, has two bedrooms and a bath upstairs. The kitchen, family room/dining room and a second bath are located downstairs.
The spacious master has a king size bed. The second bedroom also has a king size bed. There is also a queen size sofa sleeper downstairs. Comfortably sleeps a family of five or six.
This unit has a wonderful open floorplan kitchen, updated furnishings, luxurious tile bathrooms, wood vinyl plank on first floor and carpet in the bedrooms. The exterior just received an update with fresh paint, new entry door, and new screen door. Recent safety upgrades include UV Germicidal System (kills airborne germs and viruses) in heating and air conditioning system to improve indoor air quality.

This would have been a great property if the pool had been warm. This is an ok condo to vacation in, but not to live in. If the pool is gonna be ice cold then the property needs to invest in a hot tub.

Great location, nice pool and close proximity to the ocean. Condo was clean and well stocked with towels and instructions were clear. Owners were communicative throughout the process. Thank you. Lots of chairs and boogie boards to use at the beach.

This condo is very nice and I would definitely stay here again. We have come to St. Augustine the last several years. I liked that this condo, pool and beach were all very close together. One thing that was nice is you actually have three balconies because it is on two floors, one for each bedroom as well as the living room area. The pool is large and was nice to have as it was windy for half of the week we were there. It is rare to have this wind but this week we had some. The surf fishing was good. The beds are very comfortable. They have several boogie boards and three very nice beach chairs which was a nice bonus. This was one of the cheapest condos that we have found in the St. Augustine area but I did not feel like we got anything less because of the price we paid. It is just as nice as the other condos we have stayed in. The host respond very quickly to anything that you need and the office on site was very helpful as well. The washer and dryer is not in the unit but down by the office. This is in the listing, but it was convenient because you can use QR code to pay for the washing and drying. It was not inconvenient at all. I would do laundry while I was at the pool. I highly recommend this condo.

Everything was wonderful. Beautiful location. Property is as described. We had a fabulous stay. I would say an upgrade in cooking pots would be helpful. A bit dated. Otherwise as described and would stay again.

Condo and the whole complex was VERY clean. Any time I messaged our host they replied back instantly. The pictures do not do this condo justice. It is really cute, modern, contemporary (not old like some say) my only complaint was the beds were very firm and I like a extra soft bed (that is only a personal preference so no need to give bad review for that) Will stay here or at least at the complex again. Really enjoyed it.

This was an immaculate house, well positioned with a nice view of the beach. Very quiet and comfortable. It was very close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The kitchen was well stocked, but contained only a minimum number of dishes and silverware. It lacked any good cooking knives, and needs a non-stick skillet. None of these are “show-stoppers” of course. Overall, we enjoyed a great visit at Creston House!

This was our second time (different unit) staying at Creston House. Love the location. We have had to make several trips to Fla due to loss of family member this year and having a great location to stay has been helpful. Very clean accomodations. Only feedback is there was only one trash bag for the kitchen and almost no dishwasher soap to run the load. Minimal issues really in the big scheme of things.

Property amenities indicates "ice maker". There is no ice maker with fridge. Plenty of towels, pillows, etc. Overall - OK. Just update refrigerator description - remove ice maker option. We would have brought ice trays if we had known this instead of buying ice.

My daughter, 3-year-old granddaughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night stay. We are from Tampa, so are accustomed to the predictably unpredictable summer weather (something to consider if you're not from Florida.) The accommodations were great - we noted some reviews called the decor "dated;" we don't agree! This is a very nice, clean condo, with modern furnishings perfect for families (nice but nothing you're afraid to put your feet up on). Beds were comfy, living and dining rooms designed for easy gathering. Everything very clean. A couple things to note: The "ground floor" of this condo is actually the 2nd floor of the building (we thought this was a first-floor unit); the "2nd floor" is actually the 3rd story of the building. It's something to think about if you have party members who can't do stairs. TV is cable only (no Netflix, etc.), and you should take stock of supplies, then go shop - there's not a lot of toilet paper, garbage bags, etc., mostly what others have left (it appears.) These aren't complaints, just tips to help the next guests. :) We truly enjoyed our stay here and hope to return.

We had a minimal plumbing issue which was taken care of by the owner promptly and with great communication...no fault on their part, we understand things happen! We would stay here again

Great location close enough to St. Augustine, but far enough from the crowds. The condo was clean and well stocked with a full kitchen, pots and pans, beach chairs, and beach umbrella. Just bring your own beach towels if you need them. The layout worked out great for us, with the two bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs, and another bathroom conveniently located downstairs. If you have babies/toddlers, the stairs are easy to block off with a standard pressure-mounted baby gate (we rented one). The pool was fantastic -- perfect temperature and never crowded. And the beach is just over the private boardwalk. We had a great time and would definitely recommend!

We loved being close to Old Town St. Augustine but this condo is far enough away so it is quiet. The only improvement would be to have the outdoor pool heated or for the property to provide a hot tub option. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Thank you!
