Très bel appartement à louer au centre de Budapest, idéalement situé dans le coeur animé de la ville dans le célèbre quartier de l'Oktogon.
Sans doute le meilleur emplacement pour pouvoir découvrir à pied les plus beaux sites de la capitale.
A côté de l'avenue Andrassy classée au patrimoine mondial de l'Unesco et à proximité de l'Opéra, vous trouverez également sur place tous les commerces et services ainsi que les transports publics (métro, tramway, bus, taxi....).
Situé au 4ème et dernier étage (donc clair et calme)d'un immeuble avec ascenseur, cet appartement de 80 m² très bien distibué a été totalement refait à neuf.
Avec sa décoration chaleureuse, l'appartement tout confort est entièrement équipé (double vitrage, chauffage central, lecteur DVD, imprimante, internet wifi, télévision de 64 chaines, cheminée décorative, coffre fort...)

The apartment is located in a great place within 20 minute walk to everywhere and 5 minutes to public transportation. We had to buy our own shampoo and toilet paper and the linens are not too comfortable, but enough for a short stay. Communicarion with Mary was very fluent, she is very helpful! Overall a good stay, good value for money (especially after seeing the prices in the city)

Lovely spacious apartment with good amenities. Great location. Close to shops and restaurants and good public transport. Hosts gave helpful instructions. Slightly let down by poor quality, tired bed linen.

The apartment is very centrally located in the center (Oktagon). The household is well equipped. Everything clean and okay. All destinations in Budapest are very easy to reach by public transport from here. A supermarket nearby (50 m) supports self -sufficiency. There are also many small and larger restaurants and if you want it quite well, the New York coffee house will not visit far away. The rental of the apartment is recommended.

After booking was concerned apartment was too far out but after getting metro was surprised to see it was still very central and surrounded by shops and lots of nice restaurants. Apartment was in a lovely safe building and when we entered after easy instructions from owner was amazed by the size of the place and cleanliness. Everything you wanted was in the apartment and although we only cooked breakfast we could have cooked a lot more if needed. Extra toilet really a bonus when with a group. Bedrooms were great size also and apartment also had air conditioning which was required due to high temps outside. Will definitely use this apartment again next time I return to Budapest.

Great location - decent apartment for price. A few issues - 1. We had a medical emergency and the host did not provide information on where to go, who to call. 2. We were asked not to use air conditioner, we complied and opened windows instead - my nephew was awoke in the middle of the night with a bat in his room. Very scary night for us as we had to figure out how to remove the bat. 3. Linens hanging in living room and bedroom, while I understand there is no dryer on property it blocked the closet in the bedroom and took away from atmosphere. 4. Finally We we’re provided barely 1 roll of TP per the two bathrooms. We immediately had to run and purchase TP., also no trash bags to throw away garbage. If you don’t provide these basic amenities you should say so to ensure people come prepared.

L'entrée et les communs sont négligés mais une fois que l'on passe la porte de l'appartement c'est très différent. Il est très bien entretenu, confortable, bien équipé et très bien situé. Je recommande vivement.

Ein sehr schönes Appartement, in Herzen von Budapest. Modern ausgestattet und in Geräuscharmer Lage. Ein 24h Lebensmittel Geschäft auf der anderen Straßenseite, erleichtert den Aufenthalt enorm. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und antworten sehr schnell über das FeWo Portal. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Stadt dank der wunderschönen Unterkunft.

Appartement sympathique dans le sens où l immeuble est typique et on y croise la vie de vrais habitants et pas de touristes. Très bien situé pour visiter les principaux sites. Indications pour l arrivée très claires de la part des hôtes => très souple pour l horaire d arrivée avec la boîte à clef.

Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenem und einem Kleinkind für 5 Tage in dem Apartment untergebracht. Wie wir schnell feststellen konnten, war die Lage wirklich super - direkt in der Stadt waren alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe. Das Apartment ist groß genug für bis zu 6 Leute. Es ist an der ein oder anderen Stelle etwas "verwohnt" aber für den Preis wirklich unschlagbar. Außerdem war es sauber und das ist nun doch der wichtigste Aspekt. Für eine Gruppenreise würden wir es definitiv weiterempfehlen.
