Apartment as decsribed for 5pax. Location was within walking distance to Pavillion & shops.

Check in was a little hassel at first. Arriving at reception & not knowing how to get the keys & no wifi to call the owner.

there is no any body to answer ! I had reservation and i artive 9 pm but there nobody to help you ! and I stayed all of night on the earth in back of door!

Almost luxurious living if only not for the problematic facilities

Location is less then 5 minutes walking distance to Pavilion shopping centre. Good and friendly security services, even provided free car park space. The rooms are nice and modern, with very good master bedroom bathroom. Swimming pool and gym at the top floor with excellent views of the city. Host is very helpful and allow us to check out late.

A/C system at the living room keep on switching off needing it to be reset all the time, washing machine provided cannot be used, TV is too complicated ending up not using it at all. Or else it would have been a very splendid stay.

We do not recommend this place, as it is very misleading and poorly managed. Firstly, you are not allowed to check in before 3pm. After waiting until 3pm, there was no key in the letterbox, so we had to call multiple times and there were delays in everything. The key was passed to us at 3.15pm. There was no one at the lobby or reception, and the Airbnb owner only communicated through WhatsApp via an agent. By the time we entered the unit, we were already tired. The unit was very smelly, rundown, and not well-maintained. The bed definitely needed to be changed, and there were only two old pillows in one room. The washing machine couldn't be used because there was water inside. After complaining, they asked us to wash our clothes in a different unit, but the clothing was returned to us wet, even though we had clearly stated to make it dry. After further complaints, they mentioned that they would arrange for pick-up to send the clothes for drying, but this was not informed to us, and we found the clothes hanging on the door wet in one bag. We had to walk to a self-service laundry to wash and dry our clothes with our own money. Yes, they refunded the cost, but it was very inconvenient. Additionally, the TV was not functioning, and even though a late check-out was offered, we were very stressed out staying there. Please note that there is no free parking, and overall, we feel that this place is overrated

The unit required minor repair especially the floor and wall in the master bedroom. the toilet cleanliness need improvement and the water at the 2nd bathroom basin slightly block.

The cleanliness was disappointing. Sofas had stains all over them. The bathrooms were smelly. water-heater did not work from day one and after a few days of staying, the bathroom ceiling started leaking massively to the point it was about to collapse and they had to shut down the water and sent us to another apartment at 10pm. Told the agent i was happy to stay there for the rest of my stay but they shut down the electricity at 12pm and literally kicked us out. Booking.com is returning my money for the remaining days, but the experience was awful. I booked this place for 23 days and i was expecting way better facilities and customer services. At the end i did not receive an apology either.

Will return again!

Great location with security downstairs. Requires key access to pool and friendly reception. We would pick this place again! The room was clean and pool was really nice too!
