Excelente lugar para quedarse, limpio, cómodo, buena ubicación buenas conexiones turísticas

Hermoso lugar, cómodo, limpio, las recepcionistas y cocineras muy amables, muy buen desayuno y bien ubicado, está cerca de todo pero no en el centro mismo por lo que es muy silencioso. A nosotras nos gustan mucho los gatos, pero si a ti no, no recomendamos quedarse aquí, hay varios dando vuelta y son muy cariñosos.

Que no tiene agua caliente, aunque con el calor que hace no importa nada.

Nice hotel for a night in Leticia

The accommodation looks very nice and is located in the center of Leticia from where you can easily walk to other places around. The breakfast offered a nice variety.

There was sand in our beds and a lot of dead insects on the floor.

La zona común

El estado de las habitaciones no se corresponde con las fotos, están descuidadas. No había agua caliente. El desayuno poco variado y de poca calidad. Ubicación alejada del centro de Leticia.

Acogedora.

El desayuno es espectacular. Tipo bufé con buenas opciones y muy rico. Buena atención por parte del personal. Tenían siempre disponibilidad de agua, café y galletas.

La habitación que nos tocó quedaba literalmente al frente de la recepción, a menos de 3 metros de distancia, por lo que escuchábamos en las noches a las personas que llegaban. Menos mal no teníamos el sueño liviano porque de lo contrario, el descanso no hubiese sido el mejor.

Excellent Stay!

We had a great stay! Staff was very friendly and helpful and they made accommodations comfortable and welcoming.

I wish the curtains were updated a bit. The room we were staying in had mismatched curtains that did not close all the way. Also, the cats would harass us :)

Boa relação custo x benefício

A relação custo x benefício é boa, cama boa, quarto com ar-condicionado.

A rua do hotel não é muito arrumada, o hotel fica um pouco afastado do centro o que é bom para não ter barulho mas ruim pela distância de chegar nos locais de interesse. Encontramos entulho no hotel como se fosse restos de obras realizadas. Deixaram água no quarto de cortesia, porém em uma garrafa de vidro reutilizada tampada com uma espécie de guardanapo acinzentado. Lá não tinha chuveiro quente mas estávamos cientes disso. O café da manhã foi razoável, achamos q comida fria e faltou informaçoes por escrito do que era cada coisa.

Disappointing !

Nice garden.

We booked a comfort triple room with 2 beds but got a double room with 1 double bed. Instead of garden view it was street view, very noisy very early in the morning : 5:30 AM !! Very light in the room because veey light curtains !! First morning at 8 am bread and eggs were not available anymore. We payed a lot of money for a Day Tour in the jungle with a lot of activities, but only a few activities were done. We had to wait for hours doing nothing and got no explanation. In the evening the driver came to picknick us up an hour later than in the program. Very bad experience !!

A nice hotel with comfortable rooms, lovely open spaces, good breakfasts and free coffee and tea.

The lobby and breakfast area were nice

Extremly noisy, dirty, scruffy rooms, bedlinen and mattress with stains- they lost their white color probably 10 years ago.

its location, the ample size of the room, the comfortable bed, the generous amount of water in the shower, the air conditioning

There was a small obstacle on the floor in the middle of the breakfast serving area which was easy to trip over, and a few too many cats

toilets have bad odor probably from the pipes , cleaning status okish considering though the overall situation in Colombia for the price per night one can be satisfied really

very nice common areas and garden. the staff is kind and there’s always coffee, tea and cookies available :) also water!

our room (15) had just a tiny window, and no internet. All the other rooms were much nicer!!

Very nice, friendly and helpful personal.

Rooms were very basic, but clean. Only cold water was available. I know this is normal in the warmer parts of Colombia, but I am not used to shower cold.

One of the best places I've stayed in Colombia. Mainly thanks to the breakfast.

The buffet breakfast was excellent and couldn't have been better. Lots of choice. And a nice garden
