Little disappointed
Little disappointed
The ability to get to restaurants etc in the harbour was poor as very long way down and steep climb up. No smart TVs no Spotify on Alexa and the request to leave apartment clean was unacceptable as would have better service from a hotel and the price paid was high end and expectations were not met.

Beautiful apartment!
Beautiful apartment!
Amazing view! it does get really warm on a hot day though. We'll equipped kitchen, views from the bedroom but the shutters block out the light well for sleeping. At time of writing the check in time advertised was incorrect - they advertised 3pm but it was actually 5pm. Thankfully the place was ready early, but untill it's fixed on the website watch out. Would definitely visit again

It's ok...but here's what you need to know
It's ok...but here's what you need to know
1. The location is great for the harbour and the views are stunning, but unless that's all you're going for, there's not a ton to do in Torquay proper. Be prepared to drive around/travel if you're going for a few days. We took the ferry to Brixham for a change of scenery. 2. Parking isn't brilliant. When we arrived (an hour before 3) we opened the key safe and there was a key for a parking bay included. However, someone (who didn't identify herself) happened upon us and took the keys saying the apartment hadn't been serviced yet. She told us free parking was on the street. When we returned, the parking bay key was no longer in the safe. 3. The kitchen has most of what you need, but bring your own tea, coffee, and milk, even if you won't be completely self-catering. I may be a tea/coffee snob, so take that as you will. Quality just wasn't brilliant. 4. The bed is on the hard side, which was ok for us, but not everyone would sleep well on it. Also, I recommend bringing your own pillows. The ones provided are hard and flat. Overall, it's a nice apartment: clean, though getting to be a bit 'well loved' (the photos on most websites reflect a new apartment, I believe) I wouldn't call it five-star digs, but if you want a location convenient to the Torquay harbour and nice views, this is your place.

A lovely property
A lovely property
No.10 is a property with amazing views. Walls are looking a little tired and the bathroom a little dated. We would of liked a few more cleaning products for kitchen. Was hard to clean the cooker. The property was extremely clean.New batteries will be required for TV remote control. The presseco left for us was a lovely gesture and we will recommend it

The apartment is lovely with fabulous views across Torquay bay, this does mean though that you get some traffic noise but nothing extreme. The apartment was clean but not immaculate as there were some old dusty parts to it and some dirty plates in the cupboards. Facilities wise it was perfectly adequate and the living area furniture was comfortable. Our daughter came to stay with us unexpectedly and Jaqui the house manager delivered a fresh set of linen and towels with no hassles.Sadly due to the extremely uncomfortable bed, road noise and communal bin area at the rear of the property where the bedroom is situated I wouldnt stay in this particular apartment again but would stay higher up in the block.

Open lounge with balcony with amazing views. Everything you need for a delightful break. We paid extra for parking and was glad as in August the road was busy with cars already parked. Walking down to beach front easy 5 minute walk down and hilly walk back so we tended to leave the car and get a taxi back usually less than £5. Best places to eat turn left and left onto sea front. Stunning bays breathtaking. All restaurants here have comfortable seating with sea views. We took £3 return boat to Brixham approximately half an hour really worth doing. Other trips easily available for days out. Will be back. Jeanette
