awesome place

Everything was just great, my husband and I were in March 2023, the staff is very friendly and caring. The rooms have absolutely everything you need, especially the view from the window is just beautiful, the main sea is 2 steps away, I highly recommend

Excellent apartment 👏 👌

Rooms were very clean and very well equipped.Every day cleaning is included in service.The see is across the road.The swimming pool is enough deep for swimming.The receptionist Vinko was very helpfuul for everything.We will return for sure.

Only thing that is always in Podstrana are traffic jam during summer so if you want to visit Split just see in Google maps if there is traffic congestion.

The appartement was very spacious and modern, everything you needed was there. In addition to that the host was very friendly and helpful. We've had an amazing stay. The apartment is located perfectly to discover split and it's surroundings !

New and spacious apartment, very well equipped (incl dishwasher and washing machine). The beach is across the road. Small shops nextby. As the kitchen is well equipped, it is easy to cook. Some very good restaurants nextby.

The property was well equipped and modern. Our room had a lovely sea view a TV in the living room and the bedroom, a washing machine, well equipped Kitchen equipment, the bed was comfortable and the shower and sink were good. There was also plenty of wardrobe space and a sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is also very very well priced compared to other alternatives in the area. It was very well located in Podstrana which is about 15-20 mins can or bus ride from Split. The bus was right outside the apartment and cost 13 KN per person. It also came on regular a basis every 20/30 mins. If you are taking a cab I would recommend using Uber as it usually cost 70-100 KN which is a lot cheaper then local taxis. There is a rooftop pool(not heated) which is quite small however it was never busy so perfect for a couple or a small family. The pool area had a number of sun beds available during the day and a ideal location if you want to relax. The pool area also has a shower and a great view of the sea and surrounding area. The pebble beach was very close to the apartment roughly 2/3 minutes walk. There was a supermarket which was 1 minute away from the apartment which was very convenient. There is also a great massage place in the apartment with a amazing therapist I would highly recommend booking a treatment with her (Ringo guest also get 20% discount) Lastly I must say a big THANK YOU to VINKO. He was helpful, polite and professional throughout our trip. He has exceptional knowledge of Split and Podstrana. He was accessible throughout the day via WhatsApp or at reception which made it super convenient. He helped with recommendations of restaurants, directions, excursions, ordering food to the apartment and any type of help we needed. Overall a great man and a great host. He needs a pay rise!

There was no lift in the apartment and we stayed on the top floor however this was not a issue for us at all as we didn’t mind walking up as we had a great sea view. There are apartments on the 1st floor available if you don’t want to walk up stairs and 2nd and 3rd floor if you don’t want to walk up to many stairs. Only problem with the location of the apartment in my opinion there was not to many restaurant options to eat in however this was also okay for us as we travelled to split most days for lunch and dinner and had the option to order food to the apartment. There was a restaurant on the beach which had a amazing views and seating. We tried this restaurant a few times and the food was okay.

Superb

A very comfortable and pretty aparthotel. Conveniently located near 2 shops (1 and 5 mins walk), beach (1-2 mins walk) and restaurants (~ 4 mins walk). Quite close to Split, and it is very easy to get there by bus (bus station is right next to the aparthotel) or by Uber. Additionally, there is a swimming pool belonging to the aparthotel on the roof. Many thanks to the hotel's staff: they were always very helpful, quick and answered any arising questions!

The best host, great experience!

The apartment was conveniently located, next to the beach and close to supermarkets and restaurants. The apartment was comfortable, kitchen well equipped as per the description, including coffee maker, toaster and others. Roof top swimming pool perfect and quiet - ideal to rest. Vinko, the manager, is genuinely the best host we ever met. He should teach hospitality to everyone in this business! Humble and customer oriented. He did everything to make our holidays comfortable and memorable. Available at any time, he truly saved our lives when we were stuck and lost in the mountains. He’s a Superman! He humbly told us once “you’re here for holidays, it’s my duty to make sure you have nothing to worry about”. If you’re looking for a safe place to stay, with a dedicated staff, you found a right place! Thank you Vinko for everything and we wish you a lot of success!

Fantastic stay from start to finish!

The host had our room available early for our arrival and was super helpful throughout our stay. Literally everything you need in the apartments!

Swimming pool was a little smaller than expected, but we were so close to the beach we didn’t really use it.
