Wonderful place to stay! Clean, one street right behind 5th st in Naples, walking distance to a ton of great restaurants, 4-5 blocks walking to the beach, and a few blocks to a great charter fishing trip. All what they said and more. The small pool is clean and just enough to relax and get cooled off. I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Naples, and if we come back this way, we know where to stay. Anita was very responsive, helpful with recommendations, and very accommodating since we were driving in! Had beach chairs (we didn’t use), coolers, and laundry room. Loved it all!

This property has a great location close to amazing restaurants & shopping on 5th Avenue. Bring dressier clothes. The beach would be walkable for those packing light. Unfortunately our entire stay was dampened by a tropical storm so we weren't able to walk anywhere, use the beach gear or pool. The unit was clean & the owner was very responsive. My only (tiny) suggestion is to make TV easier to see from the bed -- we never watch TV on vacation but the storm kept us inside.

Location to beach and 5th Avenue shops/restaurants/bars was awesome. Host made sure unit had everything we needed to insure we had a fabulous stay. From the beach chairs and beach bag to paper goods and seasonings in the kitchen. We had a wonderful few days in Naples. Host did an excellent job providing everything we needed.

Short girls trip…location perfect. Everything was within walking distance..shops, beaches and restaurants. Quiet location just steps behind 5 th avenue! Wake up to a great walk.. hot yoga..beach.. shopping .. dinner and drinks. Ending the nights with sunsets at the beach…life is good.

Small, 12 unit condominium property. Unit was small, 1 bedroom, suitable for two. Short walk to restaurants and bars, about 4 blocks to the beach. Owner responsive. Check in/check out painless. Very quiet.

A clean, bright, well-appointed condo! We stayed for two weeks after an easy and early check-in, and were very comfortable in this unit. We cooked in several nights, so were happy to have a spacious refrigerator and plenty of pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. Proximity to 5th Avenue and the beach are big pluses for dining out and daily beach walks. Anita was an excellent host to work with.

The unit has everything you need. Pool was lovely and a 4 block walk to the beach. We parked our car and easily walked to all the great restaurants in the area. Highly recommend. This is our second stay.

This apartment is a bit small, but it has everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked, beach chairs and cooler, all linens including beach towel, and a nice pool/patio area. The other guests were very nice and helpful with recommendations. Didn't realize what a big deal it was to have a parking place, that was nice. Easy walk to 5th Ave. The beach, grocery store and Tin City was a longer walk but very doable. The check in process was easy. We had a great week here!

The location could not have been any better for the two of us! It was right off 5th avenue at 4th street so all the shops and restaurants were easily accessible not to mention the beach and 3rd street restaurants. The unit itself was very clean and had all the amenities needed including all the beach gear. It’s a small unit but was exactly what we needed, especially for the price.

Great accommodations and perfect location. We walked everywhere and loved the night life that was available just around the corner, if we wanted it! It was also nice and quiet in the courtyard by the pool!

Though the apartment hadn't been cleaned when we arrived late on the check-in day, a phone call to the owner rectified the situation the next day. Other than the inconvenience of having to make the bed and do surface cleaning after a long drive, this place is perfect! The location is great, within walking distance to the beach and some of the best restaurants in town. It's well-supplied with everything you could want for a weeks stay. Would definitely recomend and will stay here again!

This is a great location for 1-2 people. You could put one person on the couch if pish came to shove. You can walk less than a block to great restaurants and nightlife. There was a small issue with the smoke detector and the night time contacts never responded. The owners were readily available and I was able to remedy the battery situation. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice tree lined streets to walk in the mornings and close to everything you could need/want (if Anita doesn’t already have it on hand). There’s a small pool area outside and the beach is a 10 minute walk away. We really enjoyed our stay.

Everything great except cleaning service. They apparently came but did not clean. Put dirty dishes in cabinets . Left dirty towels and sheets. Did not clean shower. Owner very apologetic and refunded us a night stay due to the fact that we had to clean and do laundry in arrival.
