We allow smoking in the back of the house area and at least 5 feet away from the door. -NO Pets without prior permission. -upon check out, please follow all checkout instructions list. -If you have more people staying at the house than listed on the reservation, you will lose your deposit. -Anything missing upon Inventory upon check out. -Missing garage door remote. -Late Checkout without prior approval. -Don’t have anything shipped to the house without prior permission. -We provide make-up wipes/removers, please do not use towels as the towels get stained and we cannot use them for the next guest. -Make-up stains on pillowcases/bed sheets and comforters. -Don’t use towels or wash clothes to clean or wipe down your shoes. -This property has outdoor security cameras for your protection.
