My group of friends stayed at this lovely property for our friend’s wedding weekend. The house was beautiful, clean and had all the amenities needed for a fun weekend in Scottsdale. The owner was very responsive and ensured we had all the details for a welcoming and comfortable stay. The pool was clean and heated, which we enjoyed throughout the weekend. We definitely recommend this house to anyone coming to Scottsdale with a big group.

Easy check in, Bridget was wonderful, answered all my questions made sure everything was ok during our stay. Had a family gathering wknd, and all was perfect for our needs. Very spacious. Pool was great. Would go back again.

This place was spacious and wonderful for a large group of adults and small kids. Highly rec. Only suggestion is make sure to get your own condiments, there is basically nothing provided.

A group of 6-9 of us have taken a spring golf trip almost every year (COVID cost us a year) for 25 years and this is the best house we have ever rented. There are comfortable rooms and beds for everyone. The huge kitchen and dining room table are a perfect gathering spot. Two great family rooms with TVs means sports and streaming can go on at the same time. Take your pick. The hot tub is amazing. And Bridget was great to deal with. We already are planning to return in 2024.

Close to grocery stores. Quiet backyard, feels secluded, lots of greenery. Amazing kitchen, we hosted a private chef one night and he liked having the space. Plenty of comfortable seating in living areas. We never watched TV, we did most activities out and about. Only 8 of us and it could have comfortably held more. Pool was barely used and chilly even though it was heated. Hot tub was great but had a few issues with the breaker tripping. You cannot control the AC/heat which was a downside. Heat kicked on every morning and all guests were warm. Could use some towel bars in bathrooms to be able to hang and reuse. Overall a really nice stay and would recommend it. Loved having garage door access for loading and unloading.

Traveled to the Scottsadale area for the Holidays! The house worked great for our group of Thirteen (7 adults and 6 kids). We were close to multiple restaurants and shopping areas. Some of the kids walked to the Scottsdale Quarter and said it was pretty close and the shops were great. The house was clean and spacious. Also Bridget and the team were great and very professional. If we come back to Scottsdale area we would stay here again.

The host was gracious and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The pool area is fantastic (they even had floaties). The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen lacks for nothing. The host provided clear instructions on the alarm system and various other helpful instructions. We would absolutely stay there again.

No Pool Heater, Rude Owners, Run Down Home

When booking our trip to the desert in the spring, a heated pool at home was a must for our family, especially having little kids. The day before our 5-day vacation, we were notified that the pool heater was broken and wouldn’t be fixed for weeks. The listing even had HEATED POOL in the actual headline for the property. The owner suggested we use ResortPass to buy a pool pass to a nearby resort (which meant packing up our little kids and spending $500 A DAY (for our group of 8) to use a heated pool, when we thought that's what we were getting with our rental home. When reaching out to the owner and acknowledging that these types of maintenance issues happen, we asked for some money to cover the cost of the ResortPass, due to the pool heater not working. They rudely told us that no money would be refunded, and they were certainly NOT going to pay for their suggested ResortPass. We had the option to cancel, however, booking something one day before arrival during Spring Break, hotels were $700+, and, hardly anything was available. In addition to the rude owners and faulty pool heater, the home had many other issues: a flimsy solar shield that was balled up in the corner was what the owners suggested to help heat the pool (it was essentially useless), we killed three large roaches in the house--two crawled right next my daughter’s bed as she was sleeping!!, exposed electrical wires directly next to water/hot tub, and, gave us the wrong check-in code, we were falsely accused of playing with their neighbor’s basketball hoop, which I assure you we NEVER did – the owners claimed to have pictures of us using it, which they never shared – what an invasion of privacy to know their neighbors are taking photos/watching us during our family vacation! We understand that maintenance issues happen, and that things break, but the owners were incredibly rude, showed no accountability, and based on the upkeep of their home, show zero commitment to their property or guests.

This was a really great place for our group. The beds were very comfy, well decorated, never ran out of hot water and the kitchen and socializing space is great! We enjoyed everything about the house. The pool was nice to use... I’m glad we paid to have it heated.

Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a relaxing weekend with a big group! Looked just like the pictures. Plenty of space for 10+ people, comfy beds and a ton of kitchen supplies! We really enjoyed the large pool, BBQ and outdoor space.

It was a nice house, beautiful kitchen The beds were comfortable With really nice linen. it was very Well stocked with everything you could possibly need.However, We were a bit. disappointed with the cleanliness of the outdoor yard and pool. We were constantly cleaning the pool from fallen leaves . The yard looked like it hadn’t been swept in a while. Although we did enjoy the pool and had a good time.

This house is beautiful. It is large and the two "family rooms" are great for both young and old. We were there during COVID the 2nd week of June which was a concern. We approached the owner with the idea of rescheduling over a month and a half in advance. VRBO was advising owners to be flexible, but we were told the contract would be enforced. So, please be sure you are aware that there is no flexibility in regards to this. The only disappointment was the back yard and pool area. It is a bit tired and needed basic sweeping and pool cleaning (which we did ourselves, including cleaning the filter). The putting green had numerous dried bird droppings. Soiled cushions need cleaning. Most of this could have been easily taken care of with a visit by a cleaning person just prior to us checking in.

The property was as expected and advertised. Our timing for our retreat was the worst. As you might know everything was closing down during our stay. The immediate neighbors had a jackhammer running at 7:00 the first morning of our visit, and then did not have the driveway repair completed for a couple days.

Our group of three families (6 adults & 8 kids) had a phenomenal spring break at this property. The actual home is more impressive than the photos, and provided ample room for sleeping, eating, lounging, and occasional sanity breaks for the parents. The property is ideally situated: nearly every activity and restaurant in the Valley is seemingly within a 25 minute drive. The owners were responsive throughout the week and we never waited long for minor issues to be fixed. We would come back in a heartbeat.

This home was perfect for our large family! We had ten adults and six kids (ranging from 1-9 years old), and there was lots of living space, a great layout of bedrooms, beautiful outdoor space, well-maintained pool and hot tub, well-stocked kitchen -- it was truly everything we could have asked for! We paid for the pool and hot tub to be heated, and the temperature was perfect in January. The hosts were very communicative and professional, and made our stay very comfortable. Our entire family would highly recommend this beautiful home!

Very nice house, great kitchen ,dining and two T V areas makes it easy for large groups. We had 10 adults and 5 grandchildren.....The pool was warm and grandkids were in it every day. Nice back yard with nice furniture. We would rent this house again. Only negative was: needs more silverware and towel hooks or racks in bathrooms.
