L'accueil très sympathique et professionnel. Garage gratuit. Décoration et propreté de l'hôtel.

Típico hotel de carretera para pasar la noche de paso a buen precio. El desayuno es a elegir la noche anterior sobre un listado de opciones. Personal muy amable.

Desde la habitación se escuchaba música fuerte de lo que parecía un restaurante o discoteca y no paró hasta las 12 de la noche.

Bližina mestnega središča, čiste in udobne sobe

Za zajtrk se je bilo treba odločiti večer prej, jajca na vse načine, pri zajtrku pripada ena skodelica kave/čaja, ostalo zadoplačilo. Tudi za sok sem morala posebej prositi

Only the Staff at reception helpful

Room was not cleaned, behind the TV and bed was a lot of dust. Very dirty 🫣. Breakfast was very poor. Nothing to eat. No choice. Location very bad. The hotel is located on the outskirts. no one around.

Prima hotel voor een nachtje. Mooie badkamer, kamer zelf prima maar slechte bedden Ligging 10 min lopen naar centrum Ontbijt prima

Slechte bedden. Lauw douchewater Geen lift, dus koffers sjouwen naar 3 hoog.

One night business stay.

Affordable and in a close proximity to the city centre. Staff was friendly and very helpful during check in. Hotel is very fair, not great and not terrible, excellent value for money.

Bed was not comfortable at all, which was the most important thing for me and ruined my stay. Everything else was good.

Nice comfortable room. Good bathroom with good hot shower. The location is in a quiet neighbourhood. The staff are very friendly and helpful

Miły i pomocny personel. Wygodne łóżko. Wystrój bardzo przyjemny. Łazienka duża i dobrze wyposażona. Transport hotelowy pomimo że trochę droższy niż taksówka, to i tak fajna opcja gdy ma się samolot wczesnym rankiem

Zarówno sejf jak i czajnik nie działały. Woda pod prysznicem mogłaby być trochę cieplejsza

I’d recommend. Just don’t add breakfast.

Nice interior or and clean fit out.

Location felt awkward to arrive to. But then I realised we were close to some nice restaurants. Driveway just needs to be tar sealed. Breakfast was not worth it sadly.

Very good value for money, in a convenient location.

A relatively small hotel, in a convenient location, although a bit out of the way. The room was very comfortable, as described, with all the listed amenities. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful - especially Mrs. Mija at the reception - a very helpful person! Several breakfast options to choose from, tasty and filling. Good coffee. Very good value for money, in a convenient location, approx. 15-20 minutes' walk to the center and tourist attractions, approx. 25-30 minutes' walk to the bus and train stations.

Location - on the one hand, relatively close to the center and off the beaten track (a plus), but not very obvious access, quite a steep descent to the street below the hotel, gravel road.

Staff was nice, though very inexperienced and slightly incompetent.

Rip off! Airport Shuttle is not included, price of 20€ exceptionally high, was only told about this when we were out in the middle of nowhere. Driver threatened not to take me there. Take a taxi, it will only cost 8€ and be much less of a hustle. Location: to walk there from downtown, you need to cross through a slightly sketchy area.

Great value for a solo traveller with the liveliest and bar/night a short walk away.

Ideal position and walking distance to the city centre. All the reception staff made me feel valued and were able to assist me as and when required. Manager, Boris always at hand and resolved a car hire difficulty that arose.

Some guests may prefer a buffet style breakfast but for me it was nice to waited on for a change.

Overall great value for money!

Amazing breakfast and friendly staff. I had grilled vegetable sandwiches for breakfast every day and they were so so delicious!!!

Streetscape is disappointing

I was horrified by the location as I drove up. The hotel is located in an area lower than a main road with unsealed roads, overgrown vegetation and dogs hanging out near overflowing garbage bins. Frankly, I cannot believe these surroundings are present within 500m of the centre of a European capital. It is a shame as I genuinely thought the staff were great. The beds are definitely shorter than most hotels - I have seen management dispute this (I have Gold status with both Marriott Bonvoy and Accor)

OK stay, expected better from photos and description

The room and the bathroom were basically OK and as shown.

However, the area, even though close to the center, is peculiar--bad roads to approach by car and on foot etc. The Hotel has no elevator. The breakfast was really basic--and they asked to select 1 of about 6 selections the evening before. The room was very hot when we checked in, nobody bothered to prepare it. It seems it is being advertized as 4 stars... 1 star was removed or dropped from the rooftop display...

I don't plan to stay there again.

General cleanness was good. Some of the staff were 100% good. Candies and waffles are nice gesture. ACs were working great.

The hotel is in disrepair. There is a lot of repair work to be completed. The content of the breakfast should be increased. The use of cheese and bread left over from the previous day should be abandoned. The volume of the music playing during breakfast should be reduced so that it remains in the background. And when customers want to reduce the volume, staff shouldn't ask why. The number of personnel working at the same time should increase. I wonder who will come if I pull the emergency rope while I'm falling in the bathroom.

Do not recommend it

On Booking this hotel is shown as 4stars, which it is not. Hotel itself claims to have 3 stars, which is also very doubtful- it is not clean, very poor breakfast, no elevator, located in a strange domestic area with a lot of street dogs and no restaurants

Good for 1 night

It was in the center, the recepsionist was very polite and helpful.

There was music coming out somewhere close to the hotel but seemed like it was from the inside. I couldn’t sleep until it stopped past midnight. The hotel was not clean unfortunately. There were hair in the bathroom.

For 1 night, it is okay

Location was really good.

We stayed here on 2 different days of the week separately. Both times the music from the disco never stopped past midnight. It is not hotel’s fault but it really bothered me. There was no elevator, that’s huge issue if you are given 3rd floor with 2-3 heavy luggage. The bathroom wasn’t clean. No trash bag , no trash can in the living room too, towels with hair on them, sheets with stains. They made it so hard to just lean and sleep.
