Welcome to our lovely cottage in Canoe Cove, PEI.

" We still have the week of August 24th available to book as well as weeks in June and September.

Special Feature: For the 2024 Season we are now offering a minimum booking of 4 days or longer in May, June, September and October for guests who seek a shorter stay and are flexible to check in any day of the week.

We have the place perfect for your needs.

This lovely summer home with a vaulted ceiling is spacious and cheery, that looks out onto a big deck.
Whether you choose to drink your morning coffee on the deck outside or in the screened in porch, you will feel relaxed and finally, on vacation.
We cater to our guests whether they are a couple or family of six. The cottage is well stocked with kitchen accessories, linens and other necessities.

The Master Bedroom has a King size bed and plenty of closet space to store your belongings. The second main bedroom has a single over a double bunk bed. and the Loft bedroom suite that looking the main floor has two twin beds and is accessed through the spiral staircase.

It is a very clean, tidy place ready to give you a great vacation. There is Wifi access. All rooms have ceiling fans and mobile fans can be provided if needed. Usually there is a breeze that cools the cottage in the evenings.

The bar style galley kitchen is great for chatting while getting your meals ready and the dining area looks into a big backyard for the kids to play in.

The large front deck is ideal for barbecues, sunbathing or just lounging.
The back deck is setup for evening fires and relaxation.

Amenities include a dishwasher, as well as a washer and dryer in the cottage. An outdoor shower is great for rinsing off sandy feet and a fold out clothes line rack is available for wet towels.

The cottage community is quite safe for the children to cycle. The backyard has plenty of room for tennis, badminton or just sunbathing.

The beach is a three minute stroll down the treed lane. Plenty of area to wander and find treasures, and is a private area for the cottage members.

Charlottetown is less than thirty minutes away.

Closer to the cottage is the Town of Cornwall which is a lovely community with all the services you need. Grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, etc.

The Canoe Cove Provincial Beach is five minutes from the home. Three golf courses ( Glen Afton, Strathgartney, and Countryview ) are within 15 to 20 minutes from here.
Lots of activities are available in the community from kayaking to hiking, and cycling to rappelling at the Rise and Climb site.

Our house rules:
Primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.
We do not have pets at the cottage due to guest allergies.

To ensure the quality of the property is maintained and out of respect for guests with allergies and sensitivities, the cottage is non smoking including no cannibas products.

Guests are permitted to use the back deck for smoking only.

Government charging stations for electric vehicles are in Cornwall about 15 minutes away. There is no charging of EV's at the cottage as it is not upgraded for the capacity needed. a map of charging stations can be provided.

A return visit to Liitle Eden in Canoe Cove and again another wonderful visit. The cottage is exactly as advertised in both pictures and in description. The cottage is a very short walk down the quiet lane to the water and is a lovely area to have a coffee, or walk along the beach especially when tide is out. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our family stay at Little Eden. Quiet location, beautiful cabin, beach access for low tide exploring, and close to all of the amenities in Cornwall and Charlottetown. Monica and Carl were wonderful hosts and ensured that we had everything we needed for an amazing vacation!

Lovely cottage, great hosts. Walk to beach wasn’t too far, quiet area with friendly neighbours. Cottage was clean and spacious, great interior and exterior spaces. Monica met us at property for check in and responded quickly to any text questions I had and was genuinely kind.

This is our fourth stay at Little Eden and we love coming back. The beach is great for the kids and the house is well stocked. Monica and Carl are great hosts. Already counting the days until next year.

This was a lovely, bright, clean and very charming cottage. It had a very short walk to a beautiful beach. The cottage itself was very comfortable, well maintained and in a great location. It was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing vacation. Monica was a great host, very friendly and welcoming to us. We loved our stay here and would recommend to anyone looking for a charming cottage with close access to the beach.

Great spot to stay for a week. Water is nearby. Charlottetown is close. Quiet area, but close to everything you could need. Property owners were great to deal with, friendly and helpful with things to do and places to go in the area. I would stay here again.

My kids and I love Little Eden this was our third time and it was wonderful to be back. Monica and Carl are great hosts and the cottage is setup with everything you need and more. The best part is the short walk to the beach. We will definitely be back again.

Our stay in Canoe Cove at Little Eden was amazing. We were met and welcomed by our hosts and given the overview of the cottage and surrounding area. The web site and pictures perfectly reflect the cottage. It is clean and very well stocked (including splices for cooking) to make your arrival stress free. We have no hesitation on booking a return visit.

Monica and Carls place was a perfect cottage layout for our family. Even without a ocean view we enjoyed a wonderful stay and loved the short walk down the red road lane to our beach. We were a short drive from every where we wanted to go. Monica and Carl are wonderful hosts!

The listing is exactly as stated in the listing! Monica and her husband met us there, showed us around, gave us listings for food and shopping. I even asked a question prior to arriving and she did some research for me. The property was perfect , clean, well kept and full of everything we might need for our stay. Close to town and not far from the confederation bridge. I would definitely book here again.

My son and I spent a week at Little Eden. It was a beautiful, quiet time. We loved walking down to the beach and exploring. The house is perfect- cozy and clean. We enjoyed the local restaurants and all the fresh seafood. I cannot say enough about how great the hosts were- very helpful and nice. We felt very welcome. We will be back.

Little Eden Summer cottage was an amazing getaway for our family of four. Location was steps away from the beach, and we enjoyed hours beach combing and in the water. The cottage itself was very clean and had everything we needed - including a great fire pit. Monica and Carl checked in to ensure we had everything needed throughout our entire stay. Definitely would love to spend more time here in the future!

This was our first vacation away with our daughter. The place was so cozy, clean and perfect for us. We made wonderful memories at the beach and the whole week we were there. Very sad to leave but will definitely be going back next year. Monica and Carl were very nice down to earth people and very welcoming.

Our favourite thing about this cottage, other than how clean it was, was that it had a private beach just down the dirt road. We spent every evening on the beach after adventuring out during the day. It is also completely stocked. Lots of dishes, extra linens, beach chairs, toys and even games. The location was also fantastic. Our kids loved the loft area! We are a family of five and the cottage had plenty of room for everyone.

Cottage was beautiful and spacious. Quiet area, close to the water with friendly neighbours. Owners, Monica and Carl extremely friendly and helpful. Just far enough away to be out of the noise and not far from Charlottetown and sandy beaches. We are already planning for next year!

Monica and Carl always make sure our stay in their cottage feels like coming home. Their Little Eden is now our Little Eden! This is our second year of many we hope!! Cottage is well located, clean and comfortable and well equipped for an awesome vacation.

Little Eden is a great place to stay! As a family of 7 we had anything we could possibly need. Carl and Monica were fantastic from start to finish, providing us with loads of places to go, things to see and places to eat! The beach is a short walk away and at low tide you can walk for miles, exploring. At high tide the water was calm and warm. The cottage is clean and the beds were comfortable. We loved having the floaties for the water and the games for outside were a bonus. Thank you so much, Monica and Carl for opening up your cottage to us. We had a wonderful time!

Little Eden is a perfect place to stay on PEI. We loved it! It was a great location to go on day trips, and the beach was so nice to come back to and explore after a day out on the Island. The cottage had everything we needed. It was sparkling clean and nicely decorated. Monica and Carl were amazing hosts. We would love to come back sometime!

We totally enjoyed our time at Little Eden. It lives up to its name! The house is warm, relaxing, clean, and bright. The owners were awesome and very helpful. (The kind of folks you wish were your neighbors!) There wasn't anything we needed that was not in the kitchen as far as utensils and cookware. The private beach was definitely a plus! We look forward to coming back to this spot again. Thank you!!
