About this house rental
This beautiful three bedroom house is tastefully furnished to an incredibly high standard and is situated right on the edge of the magnificent Atlantic Ocean. With a fantastic outlook over Croyde Beach and the rolling sand dunes you really couldn't find a better location than this! Surfside is the property that promises to ensure you have a fabulous, memorable break away in utter comfort and luxury. Book early to avoid disappointment!
Living/Dining/Cooking
Surfside is a modern, well presented 3 bedroom house located in a sought after development of exclusive beach front homes. The property offers open plan luxury living with a contemporary well equipped kitchen/dining/living room that lends itself perfectly to a stress-free and easy atmosphere when cooking and catching up with family and friends or chatting over a coffee from the Nespresso coffee machine. There is a dining table that seats 6 people and comfortable seating in the sitting area for really making the most of your chilled time indoors. Guests can enjoy BT Sport on the 49" TV. There is a DVD player and Bose docking station for your entertainment, as well as BT infinity fibre internet. This lovely living area leads out through French doors onto a terrace that boasts some spectacular panoramic views over the famous surfing beach, rock pools and dunes. The ideal spot for relaxing on a summer's evening with a cool drink in hand! Further to these wonderful rooms, there is also a wet room to the ground floor which is just perfect for washing off after a long day at the beach- there are also outdoor communal showers should you wish to rinse off the day's accumulation of sand and sun cream before you enter into the easy living of Surfside.
Sleeping/Bathing
To the first floor there is a fabulous, modern master super-king bedroom with a spacious en-suite shower room and a Juliette balcony that offers simply stunning sea views. This magical room is sure to take your breath away and leave you full of appreciation for natures beautiful scenery. Also on the first floor you will find a twin bedroom with yet another good sized en-suite bathroom and a charming children's bunk room. Both decorated stylishly with fresh furnishings and attractive, well placed lighting.
Outside
Outside there is designated secure parking for 1 vehicle plus a designated visitors space. The visitors space is first come first served so we would prefer not to indicate that it is definitely for the client.
The enchanting south facing terrace makes the most of the sunshine and houses a table and chairs for 'al fresco' dining. There is a Coal BBQ provided should you wish to try some of our tasty local meat and seafood for your dinner! This really is the perfect place to watch the sun set over Lundy and conjure up new dreams for the future.

BOOKING INFORMATION
Please note that you are booking via an external channel and not directly through Ocean Cottages, therefore any information not provided directly from Ocean Cottages cannot be fully relied upon and pricing may differ. Please check payment and cancellation terms prior to confirming your booking.
There is a refundable security deposit of £500 payable with the final balance (not applicable to Airbnb bookings) - please note this will not be shown in the total cost of the booking on the summary screen. The security deposit is refunded within 14 days of departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
Full payment is due if arrival is within 10 weeks. For bookings made 10+ weeks in advance a deposit of 50% plus the £60 non-refundable booking fee is due. The final balance and security deposit (if applicable) is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
For Bookings confirmed with VRBO, Ocean Cottages will take your payment prior to confirming your booking, this could be up to 72 hours after receiving your confirmation from VRBO. If we are unable to accept your booking, we will contact you as soon as possible. Airbnb take payment on our behalf and pay us after your stay, they will confirm the dates and amounts due when you make your booking.
It is not possible to add any extras when booking via VRBO/Airbnb and therefore the costs of any extras will not be included within the price shown, extras must be requested and paid for directly with Ocean Cottages.

Access Details/Key Safe:The key safe is found on the left hand side of the door of number 5.Enter the combination (2810) and press down the open button. (Each button must click when pressed down).To close the key safe, enter the combination, press down the Open button, place the keys inside and replace the cover. At the end of your stay please put the key back into the key safe.
Directions From Braunton:Follow Caen Street out of Braunton towards Croyde and continue for approx 4.5 miles through Saunton and into Croyde.Follow the road through Croyde village, after passing the pubs/shops, turn left onto Jone's Hill.Take the next left onto Moor Lane and continue along this road passing the entrance to the beach and Sandleigh Tea Rooms. The Out of the Blue complex will be found on the left and clearly signed for parking.
Housekeeper Details:If you have any questions or problems regarding equipment or appliances at the property, please contact your Housekeeper in the first instance as they know the property inside out and should be able to talk you through any issues!
