What guests love the most about this property is the location. You can walk to the street’s end for great restaurants & shopping at The Summit at Fritz Farm, and it’s also in close proximity to Keeneland, the Bluegrass Airport, & the local mall. Less than 5 miles from downtown Lexington and the University of Kentucky.

The first floor of this home is convenient and quaint, but the basement is what takes it to the next level. This secondary living space is great for movie nights or watching the big game. Plus, our recently added horseshoe accent wall is the perfect backdrop for your photos to document your visit. Sip a glass of wine or relax with a cold beer after a day of exploring the city on the covered back patio. Or, play a game of hoops on the basketball goal.

This house was perfect for us. We went to Lexington for our granddaughter’s national cheer competition. The location was close to shopping, restaurants, and UK. The place was clean, and beds were very comfortable. Check-in was very easy. We did not have a need to contact the owner while there, but communication prior to our stay was good. We will definitely be renting this place again if going to Lexington. Definitely recommend this property!

The location was centrally located for all our trips to the Ark Experience, Kentucky Horse Park, and Woodford. Master bed was comfortable. The house was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The owner left snacks and coffee for us. It was a great trip to a beautiful area.

Nice outdoor area we utilized a lot. Only about 3 miles from University of Kentucky. Near good coffee shops, restaurants and bars. (Not walkable but a short drive) Uber/Lyfts were not plentiful so don’t count on that. We had a great comfortable stay at this property, we would stay again.

Location was great for shopping and dining! Easy access to the campus without being caught in the middle of the traffic and chaos of campus! Reallly enjoyed the house neighborhood and character that it provided!

Stayed here with family for our son and daughter-in-law's graduation from UK. Great location. Cute house with everything we needed. Great, well supplied kitchen, even though we didn't cook much, would be very easy to do there. Loved the outside back patio area to eat and relax outside. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this property.

There were a few minor issues that came up that are typical of staying in a single family home. The host responded to everything very quickly and provided solutions that met our needs. It's walking distance to a park and had a comfortable basement couch that fit all 6 of us for movies at night.

We were a group of friends visiting the Bourbon trail. The home was exactly as described and suited our purposes. Amanda was responsive when I had some checkout questions, and she was generously flexible with checking in and checking out times. It was a great location, about 15 minutes outside of the main parts of downtown Lexington and right in the geography of many of the state’s distilleries! Thank you, Amanda, for accommodating our stay!

Location and neighborhood was great. Furniture in living room was very comfortable. Needed more bathroom towels, wash clothes, dish cloths and mirrors in the other bedrooms. Remote in living room did not work correctly.

This house is located right next to the summit with lots of great places to eat and shop. We were welcomed with a snack basket and were provided a pack n play for the baby. Lots of room downstairs in the basement. A dish sponge was missing but other than that everything that we needed was in place. The owners were very quick at responding and we had a great time. Thank you!!

Overall this was a good vacation rental. While there were some very nice unexpected touches ex. A bag of coffee, cookies, fruit and breakfast items, there were some basic items missing ex. Washcloths, dish towels, dishwasher soap, bathroom hand towels. We made do without and had a pleasant stay.

Came into town for a basketball tournament. We normally book a hotel, but decided to try VRBO this time. We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. Everything was very nice, clean, and updated. There were 6 of us who stayed and we all slept comfortably. Would highly recommend.
