beautiful holiday ❤️❤️

We spent 2 wonderful weeks, the apartment is very nice and clean, you can find everything you need, the pool and terrace are very clean and neat, a very quiet and clean area, the owners are very nice and helpful, we would definitely book again, you feel like you are at home, I can recommend this apartment 100%. We would like to say a big thank to the owner.🙏🙂

The washing machine is a disaster😅 and I would replace it with an automatic one. The rest was all perfekt.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Magic Studio. Everything was as we expected and more. Ramez was an excellent host and he made sure our stay was comfortable, he went above and beyond to help us wherever we needed help. The studio is well equipped, it’s in a quiet place in fifth settlement and only 10 minutes away from cairo festival city which has a massive shopping mall. It’s also close to the airport. Overall, we would happily recommend it to friends and family visiting Cairo.

Perfect Oasis in Cairo

I love how friendly the host is. I have stayed here many times and it is just a super clean, relaxing place. Great wifi for work, the airconditioner is super cold for summer, great cable tv, and having the pool is amazing. Always sad to leave. Its like a mini resort in Cairo thats a very quiet place to recoup your energy.

Grear location and host would stay again

nice and quiet away from the madness of Cairo.The host Mohamed was great and very welcoming nothing was a bother for him and made sure we had a comfortable stay. The pool area was lovely and also apt had plenty of Britton channels and films to choose from.Also use if a washing machine came in handy would stay again.

Magical stay to rest and reboot in Cairo

Amazing property in every way. Incredibly clean and well organised. I was extremely happy with great wifi and an amazing pool straight outside the lounge room doors. Very private and only shared with one other apartment. The garden and pool area were highly maintained and all questions were answered about the property immediately. Super quiet apartment and easy parking. Great Cable Tv as well. An excellent property! It really was great value.

The perfect getaway

Lovely, warm and home like place.. Recommended for all....

It was one of the best places I used so far, away from home. Kids actually felt like home and enjoyed each and every moment. The landowner "Mr. Ramez" did not spare a sec to provide support and help when needed. I strongly recommend this place and I will for sure, use it again..

If you are planning to spend sometime outside and around the pool especially at night time, you need to be prepared in advance for Mosquitoes. A simple spray or a small device will help, but this is a know issue in most places especially in summer time.. It was not of a major issue anyhow....

Really nice apartment with pool. Very well kitted out in great quiet neighborhood near festival city. The check in process was quick and easy and every little detail had been thought about, so you could relax during your stay. We had the pool to ourselves, which was a bonus, although i think it can be shared with a neighbor upstairs. Really easy to get to other parts of New Cairo. We loved being close to nice cafes and shops, plus great activities for children at festival city. A welcome treat after staying in Giza, which is hustle city. Apartment can sleep 3 comfortably. Will defo use this place whenever I'm in Cairo.

Cozy and enjoyable flat in New Cairo

The structure is very nice and cozy, located in one of the best neighborhood of Cairo. The flat is provided with all the necessary and everything works pretty well. The external environment is very enjoyable and the pool outside is a blessing, considering Cairo's temperature. It's to be shared with another unit but we didn't have any problem (we mostly were alone). Bonus: the host is lovely, caring and always available. Me and my friends enjoyed our week there, I'd definitely chose it again.

Our unit was a bit exposed to the people outside but not a big matter for us at all

I love it it's my favorite now

it was clean and quite 15 minute drive near to the cairo featival mall and easy to find. i found all basic cooking necessities. wifi is great .

only cell service was week in basement but if you go to swimming pool the service is good
