Les photos ne correspondant plus à l’état actuel de la location qui manque d’entretien

L’appartement est idéalement situé pour découvrir le centre ville de Troyes. L’accès par boîte à clé facilite l’entrée et la sortie.

Ce logement manque globalement d’entretien. Le sol était poussiéreux, les placards sales sans parler du matelas du canapé lit qui était maculé de taches peut ragoûtantes. Nous n’avons pas réussi à faire fonctionner la télévision.

Logement très bien situé mais préparation à améliorer

Très bien situé, à 5 minutes à pied du centre-ville avec un parking gratuit juste en face.

Nous n'avons pas réussi à faire fonctionner la télé, des bananes pourrissaient dans un placard et les serviettes de douche sentaient très fort le renfermé.

Déçu dans tous les sens du terme 😡

Comment peut-on apprécier un séjour sans télé (même avec l’intervention des voisins) un congélateur avec des restes d’aliments ,une propreté inexistante une vaisselle sale cet!!

Très bien pour une petite visite de Troyes

Duplex assez spacieux pour 2 personnes avec cuisine bien équipée. Très proche du centre historique. Parking à moins de 100m gratuit. Système de check-in / check-out (récupérer les clefs et les remettre dans un coffre sécurisé) pratique.

Pas adapté à des personnes pouvant avoir des problèmes de mobilité: - cage d'escalier sombre avec marches étroites et irrégulières, - escalier menant à la chambre étroit et raide avec des demi-marches, - hauteur sous plafond limitée d'un côté du lit.

Good value for money close to Dijon centre

The location was very good for walking into the historic part of Troyes and it was very good value for money. The apartment was comfortable and had all facilities needed.

The stairs to the apartment, and the stairs inside leading up to the bedroom could be difficult for some, but were no problem for us and we are no youngsters!

L'emplacement est vraiment super

La dolce gusto cassé, la bouilloire sale, la fire TV qui se déconnecte toutes les 5 min, le bouton de la lumière vers l'escalier arraché du mur et qui fait scintiller les autres lumières. Support de pomme de douche cassé.

Pour le prix l appartement est bien placé , propre, bien équipé et fonctionnel je regrette juste le linge de literie que

Emplacement idéal à plein centre ville très facile pour se garer et à 2 minutes de marque avenue , le logement est bien équipé et il est propre on sent bien que le logement et désinfecté.

Au niveau du canapé lit il n y a pas d'alaise et le matelas est bien taché à plusieurs endroits ça ne donne pas très envie de dormir dessus de plus les draps ( propre je tiens à souligner) du canapé lit et du lit on des marques de brûlure de cigarette à plusieurs endroit .

Great location for a short stop off.

Great location, within a 10 minute walk from Troyes centre. Excellent, free parking, just opposite the apartment. Comfortable bed and lounge area.

The building stairs could do with some repair, the fronts of some are worn away and I slipped twice - tread carefully! The bedroom has a few projections, on which to stub your toe, and they’re not obvious - tread carefully! The shower head holder was missing (something quick and easy to fix), so you have to hold it with one hand; not the best.

Spacious but with some niggles.

Spacious apartment, very well equipped. Free parking available across the street.

We requested the entry code to be sent to us the previous day, or atleast early in the morning of check-in; since we didn't have wi-fi access while on the road. They refused and sent it only at 1:30pm. We were driving in the champagne region and arrived there; went to the nearby Ibis hotel to access their free wi-fi, to get the entry codes and instructions. It is up 2 steep, narrow flights of stairs. Quite a musty passageway as well. The apartment was also musty, since the main window was boarded. There was a good blower fan, which helped in the ventilation of the apartment. The beds are up a steep ladder in the attic.

There was toilet paper.

The apartment is small and cramped, hot and stuffy, facing a street with a lot of noise from traffic and very cheaply furnished. The sofa is small and uncomfortable to sit on. I feel sorry for someone who would have to sleep on it. BE CAREFUL there is a small step by the door that is hard to see and you can trip on it and break your ankle. This problem could be solved with a piece of reflective tape, but the owner would need to care about your safety for that to happen. BE WARNED the stairs up to the loft are very steep and quite dangerous. If you should trip there, you will literally break your legs and neck. There is a red notebook, that is completely in French so I took it to the tourist information office to have them translate. Unlike David, they are very nice and quite helpful there. In this book, he tells you to call if you have any questions. Since we could not find the wifi code the lady called him to ask, and he hung up on her Yes, you read that right. After telling you to call him if you have a question, he hung up on the woman. Not a real bright move because they all know him there and part of their job is to recommend places to stay. She was so upset by his rudeness and disrespect that she told everyone there to stop recommending his apartments. The biggest problem was that I explained repeatedly to David that my phone does not work in France that I would not have wifi to get the code to enter after I left my hotel in Paris. I begged him repeatedly for the code a head of time and he completely ignored me. Messages after message for 2 days. So after I arrive I had to spend over 2 hours walking around trying to find wifi so that I could get the code I am in my 60's, had all of my luggage with me and it was the hottest part of a day that was 85 degrees. Finally a hotel felt sorry for me and let me use their wifi, although they were not happy about it. All because HE DOES NOT CARE about you.

A cost effective, simple place to stay in a good location.

Location was good for getting access to the centre of town. A good shower and the property was clean but simple so perfect for the price I paid.

Access was up a number of narrow (and dark) staircases, which wasn’t specified, and I couldn’t initially find the light switch (!) so carrying many cases up was a bit of a pain. The ladder-stairs to the bedroom was also very steep and narrow so might not suit everyone especially if a bit unsteady on their feet. I just took my time. Not the end of the world but would have been helpful to know! The coffee machine didn’t work and looked like it was leaking.

Very bad experience. Not recommend.

The room does not look like the picture on the website. Very old and had bad smell. The bedding is not clean at all and my kids even developed rash after the stay. There is lots noise from outside street and the inside broken fan!!! I would not recommend this to anybody at all.

Very dirty, not a safe area but ok location as close to town. they said they have parking but parking is on the street that locals do not park on, presumably because they get broken in to. parking is also paid for. when a property said they have parking I would assume it’s a private space, not on the street.

Great location and very cheap! parking very close. top floor with narrow stair case so don’t take up lots of luggage!

sofa bed bends in the middle so very uncomfortable! Much better for two people than 3 to 4.

Never again. NOT RECOMMENDED.

The entire property is not of a quality one expects to find on Booking. Unventilated 3rd floor sleeping area. Very hot. Entire property very run down. Super noisy at night. V. cheap furnishings. Low quality across the board. V. old wood building. No fire escape.Dangerously steep stairs to 3rd floor.

Great value for money

Excellent flat! Few steps from historical city center, huge free parking right in front of the building, charming flat with everything necessary. Clean. Good communication, easy access (box with key on the entrance). Great value for money! Would definitely recommend!

Difficult access to loft bedroom, inconvenient difference in elevations in the living room. A bit of unsanitary smell in the toilet.

Lovely apartment, lots of character and good amenities.

This is a nice little apartment with all the amenities you would need. Spotlessly clean, helpful guide to help you find your way around the city and the apartment. There is plenty of parking in the parking lot opposite, very handy! Convenient to get to town and plenty of shops and other services around.

We have two small children (7 and 3) and for us, this apartment was not ideal. The stairs going up to the third floor are very old and steep and have been worn away in places, making it quite difficult to get up and down safely. Also the staircase up to the mezzanine bedroom are VERY steep which meant it was not suitable for kids who need toileting and or parental attention in the night, etc. I think this is a lovely place for adults to stay but not so much for children.

Perfect flat for staying in Troyes!

Perfect location right next to the old center! 10-15min walk away from central train/ bus station. We had everything needed for cooking. We love to travel and cook ourselves. Lovely set of dishes, really nice and inspiring interior design. Comfortable wide bed with warm covers. Also wide shower and all the necessary essentials. Really enjoyed our stay there! I recommend this place! A little note: The stairs to the mezzanine (bedroom) are pretty steep. For us everything was all fine, caused no problems, but maybe it helps for others to know this fact.
