Poor maintainace, generator was not working, i got stucked in the bathroom and they had to brek the lock.

good location, just opposite Centaurus Mall. heaters in room were good. Good tVs in the room as well. we just stayed for a day so it was passable.

they need to invest on their property, overall the rooms were rusty and need renovation. Hot water was not always available.

Location is amazing, staff was nice and breakfast was delicious.

Very bad experince, no proper manitenance and upgradation of fascilities. Old TV with few blur channels, No intercom communication, low shower presure and the delay of 2 hrs in pressing clothes.

I just love the environment staff is very co operative specially the boy on reception named nazakat is very kind the way he deals his customers are excellent...rooms are very neat, environment is perfect for families & its location is perfect as its near to mall

Location is good. Room was not comfortable.

Location is good because the Centaurus mall is walking distance

Bathroom was dirty, men’s hair was all over floor, blanket and bed were not clean. Door didn’t properly close.
