About this accommodation

Magnificent private villa of very modern style, on 4 levels. Composed of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the villa also has its own private pool and furnished solarium. Located in a quiet street in Orihuela Costa, the house is bathed in sunshine for more than 320 days a year. It is facing south. You will appreciate the sunshine and the tranquility of the places, as well as the numerous points of interest located not far: the Golf of Villamartin, the Villamartin Plaza, the beaches of Playa Flamenca, without forgetting the famous shopping center of La Zénia, with its many restaurants and shops. Going along the coast, you will discover other beautiful places. Like the beaches of Guardamar and Cabo Roig, or the healing salt waters and mud baths of San Pedro del Pinatar.

Housing

On the lower floor are 2 large bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and a television. The second bedroom has 3 single beds of 90 cms. The rest of the floor consists of a large lounge with TV, as well as an office area with computer.
On the middle floor, through which is entered the premises, is a beautiful open kitchen. The kitchen adjoins a large bright dining room of 40 m², which can accommodate up to 10 people. At this level you will also find a bedroom with two 90 cm beds that can be put together to make a king size bed. Next to this room there is a bathroom with walk-in shower.
On the upper floor are the last two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, a television, a walk-in closet, a spacious bathroom and a private terrace. The other bedroom upstairs is equipped with a dressing room and two beds of 90 cms that can be assembled to make a King Size bed. A bathroom with walk-in shower is adjacent to this room.
The highest level is a solarium equipped with a modular pergola, a large table for lunch or have an aperitif, and chairs to enjoy the sun with confidence.
The house has its terrace with private pool. A very large communal pool is also available in the residence. Most rooms are equipped with television with international channels. The internet connection is very high speed fiber and Wifi is also available.
All in all, this is a fantastic holiday home and ideal for couples and large families.

The villa is located in Orihuela Costa, Comunidad Valenciana in Spain. The nearest airport is in Alicante and is 45 minutes by car from the Mediterranean motorway. The nearest motorway exit is Exit 763.

Rooms, were excellent. Owner very approachable and couldn't do enough for you, always available to answer any questions. He met us upon arrival and our departure. The villa was in immaulate condition, with many extras.

We have had a great week. As a party of 11 the services in the property kept us entertained and the air con and pool kept us cool, and we all had more than sufficient space to do our own thing too. We would highly recommend and will definitely be visiting again

Villa was modern, clean and spacious, perfect for our family holiday of 5 adults and 5 children. On the lower ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, a twin and triple. Also a lounge area with large projector TV access to loads of sport and films etc. On the ground floor there is a large dining room and kitchen, shower room and a twin bedroom. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite and a second double bedroom and separate shower room. On the second floor there is a spacious roof solarium with dining table and loungers. We really enjoyed our stay at the Villa. There is an Aldi store a 10 min walk away. Villamartin is a good 20min walk away and La Zenia is a 40min walk away, a Car is really essential, but we managed with taxi's.

We holiday in this area at least twice a year. We’ve rented many villas but this was the best by far. The accommodation was spacious and spotlessly clean. We didn’t arrive until around 1am but this wasn’t a problem and we were met by Anthony who showed us around and was very helpful allowing us to stay in the villa until 6 pm on departure day as we had a late flight. We will definitely be booking for next year as we could not fault our stay.
