About this house rental

Converted in 2015, this traditional Cotswold stone barn sits within 25 acres of farmland. The barn comfortably sleeps 6 guests with ample space for relaxing. If it's a quiet get-away you are after, or a place where you can walk, eat at great local pubs and restaurants, explore the Cotswolds and Oxford, then this is the perfect retreat for you. Quiet, modern, comfortable - see the reviews if you need convincing! Ben and Kate have also added a swimming pond to their facilities at the farm; wild swimming is on the doorstep! Fully equipped modern kitchen with electric hob, oven, dishwasher and everything you’d expect from corkscrew to tea strainers.
Utility room and WC equipped with washer/drier and space for grubby boots.
Underfloor heating throughout. The barn is heated by an environmentally friendly ground sourced heat pump which allows for maximum temperatures of 21 degrees downstairs and 19 degrees upstairs. These can be boosted by using the wood burning stove downstairs.

Master bedroom with King Size double bed. Adjoining en-suite bathroom with double walk-in shower.

It’s difficult to overstate just how lovely is Turley Farm.
The house is big and bright, comfortable and well appointed.
The grounds are absolutely beautiful, easily explored and full of interesting things to do.
Our two small children loved visiting the pigs and chickens, roaming the gardens and orchards and seeing the horses and sheep in the neighboring fields. The natural pond is a delight. It really is a perfect spot!
Our hosts were very welcoming and we feel quite lucky to have found such a perfect place for our Cotswold holiday.

A wonderful place to explore the Cotswold and Oxford. Loved dining al fresco by the cows and exploring the farm. Chill vibes to start our vacation. Benny even gave us a tractor ride!

We had a perfect stay at this stunning property. The barn was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed, it's even more spacious than it appears in the pictures. We loved the picturesque surroundings and the pool was a lovely bonus. Kate and Ben were great hosts and quick to respond to a couple of requests we had. Five stars all round.

Thank you so much Kate and Ben for a wonderful stay. We absolutely loved the location. The barn was perfect for a get together with friends and the natural pool was glorious - with dragonflies and swifts flying around our heads. We honestly couldn’t have wished for more. It was the perfect place to relax, unwind and switch off from the world. I confess we didn’t go exploring locally (other tha for a short walk) because we just wanted to chill away from the busyness of normal life.

We really enjoyed our stay. Lovely property and perfect for an alternative place to work remotely. The bucolic views provided the change of scenery we needed. also perfectly located to have easy drives to the Cotswolds highlights. A couple of nice pubs nearby too which were easy drive away. Only wish we’d had better weather - perhaps we’ll revisit in the summer so we can try that pool.

Beautiful location for writing retreat
We were a group of 5 doctoral researchers at differing stages of our research, looking for a place to be relaxed yet focussed for a three days writing retreat. Kate and Ben’s place certainly fit the bill. The facilities are excellent and the surroundings are truly idyllic.

Wonderful weekend away
We were three couples looking for a relaxing weekend away from our London lives and this property was just perfect. It was a great open space for socialising together in the evenings. We had a lovely country walk and pub lunch together during Saturday and back to the barn for a relaxed evening cocktails & dinner. Simply amazing!
Turley Farm is a truly magical place and a wonderful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. The property is spacious, quiet, and surrounded by natural beauty. Our younger children were so enthralled and excited to interact with the animals, the garden, and all the friendly people at Turley Farm. Ben and Kate have also done a masterful job with the barn itself. All of the finishings are upgraded and there are so many small details that show a level of care and craftsmanship. Lovely stay in the Cotswolds
Our family of four (2 adults and 2 teenage children) have just returned from a wonderful 4-night stay in Ben and Kate's converted barn. It was everything we hoped for and more. Beautiful property, very livable kitchen and den (complete with a wood-burning stove that kept us warm during the June cold spell!), and 3 bedrooms that allowed us all to sleep well after fun days exploring the Cotswolds. Ben and Kate were lovely to deal with, making check-in and check-out extremely easy, and letting us know that they were there for us, should we need anything to make us comfortable. Pictures are accurate; the place was so relaxing and beautiful. Although it was quite cold during our visit, we will always enjoy our (brief) dip in the natural pond (water temperature was 65 F at the time -- my daughter and I made memories for a lifetime!). The property was very convenient to all of our journeys into the Cotswolds, as well as to Oxford. Grocery stores were about 10 minutes away, and some restaurants were even closer. Overall, Ben and Kate's property made for a great place to stay and enjoy the English countryside. We know we have more of the world to see, but we also would very much love a return trip to this beautiful part of the UK (and would jump at the chance to stay in the this lovely property again!). Thank you, Ben and Kate, for opening up this property to us. We will always remember our time there, and truly appreciate your hospitality.

Most Memorable
We could not have enjoyed our stay at Turley Farm more. We are a family of 4 (kids 12 and 14) and we could not have asked for a better experience. The farm allowed for just what we needed and had hoped for.
Ben and Kate were very welcoming. The property was absolutely beautiful as was the 'farm' house. We were only there two nights but wish we had been able to stay a week. We hope to return someday.

Beautiful Countryside in the comfort of the Cotswolds
Ben and Kate were fantastic hosts and a lot of fun. The pool in front of their homes is quite extraordinary. Very good for families and fun. The farm animals are a rare treat for our city bound children. It was also nice to be in the English Countryside but so close to so many amenities in the Cotswolds and Oxford. A great place to visit!

Lovely place, especially for young children who can all enjoy country farm experiences, and for adults getting away from the madding crowd.
Comfortable, light filled converted barn with modern amenities worked well for the six of us. Good selection of nearby pubs and restaurants made our experience that much more enjoyable. Swimming in the fresh water pond/pool, feeding pigs and ducks, and visits by the adorable boxer Hilda (who occasionally ran off with frisbees and badminton gear) were particular delights for our grandchildren.
Kate and Ben gave us many helpful suggestions and were there to assist if necessary.

The six of us fell in love with the little barn, and all its lovely, furry friends. The grounds are splendid, and the rooms tastefully appointed in every detail. It was peaceful to sit outside in the garden and have a meal or sip a glass of wine and chat. The “swimming hole” was a refreshing way to enjoy the farm. It was a magnificent find that I will share with others. I most grateful to our hosts Kate and Ben!!!
