Property grounds 740 m2 (fenced) with plants; All of its 6 bedrooms have a balcony with sea view. The villa’s many amenities include newly-constructed swimming pool, air conditioning, satellite TV, a modern fully-equipped kitchen with large dining and living rooms.
This gorgeous property is surrounded by orange, olive, pine trees and other Mediterranean greenery. From its terraces and balconies you can enjoy in a cozy atmosphere and a breathtaking view on the blue Adriatic Sea which is only 50 m away, the island of Daksa and Lapad peninsula. Just 20 meters below the house there is a private restaurant offering well prepared dishes for very reasonable prices. The Old City is only 5 minutes drive (6 km) via newly built bridge
