Upstairs: large double bedroom with its dressing area and large bathroom, along with the 4th and 5th double bedrooms, equally with en-suites.
South and West facing, the grounds of about 3000m2 are well laid out with good parking area in front of the house, and a large terrace accommodating both a dining area and a lounge area facing the beautiful, unspoiled nature view.
Arranged in large terraces, the garden has areas for play and relaxation. Flanked by deckchairs, the large (9x9) bespoke-designed swimming pool with infinity effect is entirely private, and the boules court can provide many hours of fun for big and small.
Furthermore, there are several exterior parking places and an electrical gate.
