Splendid villa 11 km from the Cinque Terre National Park, with private heated pool with whirlpool, 2 20 sqm heliotherapy terraces with mechanized awnings, 2 finely furnished patios and panoramic stone roof terrace with a brazier and parasol outdoor lounge. The garden is perfectly equipped for relaxing outdoors with deckchairs and sun loungers. The villa has a private garage connected directly to the house, with a remote opening and an additional external parking space. Quiet and silent area with only access. To the south, the 40 sqm Sareda master suite with a furnished terrace, a walk-in closet and a neoclassical marble bathroom with tub / shower; to the north the Bandia room and the Marveia room, with identical terrace, private bathroom in cotto and Lucchese enamel. The rooms furnished with furniture, prints and old paintings are ready to meet the needs of an elegant clientele, curious to know the traditions, stories and legends of the people of the Swan. The Villa was beautiful and clean. They provided everything we needed to make the holiday comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Jolly good time was had by one and all. We all would recommend it to anyone and would definitely stay again.

This beautiful villa was perfect in every way! Roberto and Pauola thought of everything a family would enjoy when on vacation. Our 5 granddaughters had their own space to giggle at bedtime or sleep in. Adults had beautiful rooms to relax with comforts of home. A well equipped kitchen made meals easy to make and then we dined outside in the beauty of the patio. Swimming in the pool was welcomed after a hot day of sight seeing. We loved Pignone - dining out or shopping for groceries. We were very sad to leave and hope we will be back some day.

The house is just as described and was very comfortable for our entire family of 14. It is convenient to the Cinque Terre towns and to Tuscan cities including Lucca and Pisa. The pool and terraces provided excellent relaxation after a day of sightseeing. Roberto and Paola are gracious and accomodating hosts and we thank them for their considerate support; they made us feel like part of the family.

Thank you Paola and Roberto for letting us stay at your villa this summer. We were all (8 persons) truly enjoying the villa and the Cinque Terre area, but most of all your hospitality. You Really made us feel welcome! The villa had all facilities required and plenty of room for our two families! Again Thank you!
