Nach wievor etwas besonderes. Lohnt sich immer......

Scheinbar neues Managment ! Kleine Aufmerksamkeiten wie Abschiedsgeschenk bzw. extra Flasche Wein am letzten Abend sehr schön bzw. in bleibender Erinnerung. Personal wie immer sehr freundlich !

Das Frühstücksbüffett insgesamt etwas weniger, allerdings sehr hochwertig. Könnte trotzallem reichhaltiger sein....

Amazing stay in Rovinj

Location is amazing with a million dollar view! Breakfast is superb with many options for special diets, as well. Very kind personnel took care of charging our EV. Very comfortable bed, in-room Nespresso and extended breakfast time, made our stay even more relaxing.

Too many 'remainder' emails with offers, prior to arrival.

Perfektes Luxushotel mit schöner Sicht auf Rovinj

Sehr grosses Design-Hotel mit allem möglichem Komfort. Wunderschöne Lage mit Blick auf Rovinj. Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Personal aussergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Leider werden die Speisen zum Nachtessen nur lauwarm serviert, diese sind nach kurzer Zeit kalt. Scheint in Kroatien so üblich zu sein. Wir haben zwar heisse Teller verlangt, blieb leider beim Wunsch.

Wir waren zum dritten Mal im Grand Park und schätzen es als eines der schönsten Hotels in Europas.

Der Service ist nicht zu übertreffen. Die Ausstattung, wie bspw. die Liegen am Pool und am Strand, sind großartig und komfortabel.

Superb

Superior location, excellent rooms and bathroom, amazing beach amenities. Breakfast was some of the best at any establishment. Incredible pool and spa facilities. Staff was top notch.

Wouldn't have expected carpeting in common areas and rugs in the room, stained and not sanitary. Pillows were lacking but asked for different ones which were brought right way.

The location and views.

The service doesn’t meet the standards of other 5* hotels I’ve stayed in. The breakfast and coffee were not hot each morning. We didn’t always get the items we ordered at breakfast. The items in the bathroom were not topped up daily Whilst lovely to have, the plunge pools on the balconies are too cold and when I asked to turn the temperature up I was told they couldn’t and was given different information regarding the temperature. I had to report a blocked shower which flooded the bathroom in two occasions and a plug socket hanging out the wall in the bathroom. On my day of check out, the fruit bowl was filled with a message and chocolates. a lovely gesture but as I was leaving that day, couldn’t make use of any of the items. These would have been better if received during my stay.

Over the top and great value!

Every aspect of this hotel was over the top! Location, layout, views, room service, staff, comfort, privacy, food…. I will be returning! Very unique is the way this expansive hotel melts into the beautiful landscape.

great facilities, spa area is very spacious, well - equipped and airy. the view from the lobby is breathtaking and the room as well had an amazing view. the overall design is very elegant and modern. breakfast is also a great experience.

Absolutely brilliant but now expensive !

Absolutely everything. The food, the bars, the leisure facilities and the location.

The cost has increased significantly over the last two years making it affordable to only the very well off.

Ten out of ten

Second time in the hotel, for a week. Very recommendable. Enjoyed the perfect service, delicious food and many amenities.

Gym equipment could be better and more divers. The view from the gym compensates for a lot though.

Simply amazing!

This was fare more than I expected, and I expected a lot 😊 Such a helpful staff, amazing view, perfect breakfast, wonderful wellness aria, it is parallel universe I’d say.. Thank you for having us, this was one of our best vacations!

Perfect weekend getaway

Perfect stay in a luxury hotel. Very helpful and polite staff. Excellent breakfast with plenty of great food. Breakfast open until 12. Rooms are very nice, comfortable with great views. Oh,... and the wellness and pools are really the highlight of the hotel.

Not much that I could dislike. Maybe some interior features are a bit strange (personal reference) and sound insulation is not the best I have seen, but still very good.

Fairytale hotel

Definitely the best hotel in Croatia. The building itself is majestic. Splendid view on the Old Town. Staff was very friendly and professional, especially girl Kristina at lobby bar
