This property was perfect for us, both in size and amenities. Being on the second floor at the end of the building made it quieter. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had all the utensils required for our stay. The balcony furniture was perfect to eat outside and enjoy the views. The beach was the other side of the road and having use of a buggy to get around and shop was perfect. We stayed 5 nights and had sunshine for a day and a half followed by torrential rain for 3 days. Being in a spacious apartment made this bearable compared to being coupled up in a hotel room. Thanks 👍

On arrival we were greeted by a really nice guy at the airport who explained everything and handed us our keys to the apartment and buggy. The only downside was our buggy died within an our of our arrival. I finally got onto someone and within 5 mins they brought out a replacement buggy and we were on our way again. The apartment was very nice, very clean, spacious, and equipt with everything you could possibly need, hairdryer, shampoo, and there was a little milk on arrival. The view from your lounge and bedroom was absolutely spectacular. I will mention, you have to walk up 2 flights of stairs so if you have trouble with your legs then this apartment is not for you. My only gripe was the pillows were to flat for us and having 2 pillows together was to high..so if l could suggest anything to the owner.. providing all soft, medium, and firm pillows that will suit all that stay. Other than that...I would highly recommend this apartment for your stay, as it was very comfortable, just wish we stayed more than 5 nights, but we will definitely come back and stay here again. As for things to do, we highly recommend the sunset dinner cruise which was amazing, and the morning half day cruise out to white haven beach. Well worth it.

Great property with huge spa bath in main bedroom. Excellent views, clean, every thing you need is there. As it comes with a buggy this makes a relaxing holiday so easy.

Our week's stay was fantastic. We were picked up at the airport and transported to the unit. Our driver explained how to use the buggy (included) and then toured us through the rental unit. When you enter you immediately see the beautiful ocean and the Whitsunday islands through the patio doors. The unit is spacious and well laid out. We found everything we needed for the week in the unit. Hamilton Island is a gem. The week flew by too fast. We were transported to the airport at the end of our stay. We hope to return.

We love hamilton island and have visited many times. We always stay at Lagoon or Frangipani. This apartment is nice but needed a bit of maintenance. The cupboard in the kitchen were coming off and the TV bracket was loose and the TV tilted. Hamo rentals were very good at fixing the defects promptly and their staff were helpful. The buggy was quite fast but the battery didn’t work and it went into repair and was fixed. Overall we had a good stay. There were a number of kids activities on the island leading up to Christmas- but they sort of died down on 25, 26 and 27 December.

The unit was fantastic. Communications were spot on. Only criticisms were: - kitchen cupboards need fixing - 2/3 aircons don’t work (they did try to fix them for us though) If those things were fixed, would have been a perfect stay. Regardless, we would stay there again.

We stayed in Frangipani during Nov for a mate's wedding. When we entered, the place originally looked a bit dated with a early 90s vibe, however the beach front views made the vibe very relaxed and chilled out. Great size rooms, plenty of floor space, great balcony with views. Very easy living for 2 x couples for a week, or a family. Considering other places on the Island, this was very affordable and great condition. Highly recommend.

Where do I start? View is spectacular, downhill from there. Couch broken couldn't be sat on. Cupboards in kitchen didn't close. Light in second bedroom didn't work clothes horse rusted and stained the clothes. We are pretty sure the couch had bugs that bite as we were covered in them until we covered it and sprayed bug spray. Its old and tired. Needs a lot of love

My family (wife and son) and I stayed here for 6 nights. It’s a great apartment situated at a great location on the island. We have been to Hamilton about 5 times prior, staying at a variety of hotels and apartments around the island, and our preference is for accommodation around this area of the island if possible. The apartment is clean and has all what you need for a self contained stay. In addition, owner has been very accomodating as we had to cancel before due to Covid, and that was not a problem. The view from balcony was amazing and great to come back to after activities for the day. I think some other reviewers need to look past the minute things in an apartment and look at the bigger picture. A great place if you want to have a great holiday. We will definitely look at renting this place again next time we come.

The apartment was fantastic in a great location. Lots of space for the whole family. The couch is broken and very uncomfortable, luckily the weather was so good we were out and about. Buy your groceries from the iga and cook at home. It has all the pots and pans you need.

1. The cupboard doors throughout kitchen and bathrooms are damaged, they do t stay closed 2. The kitchen tap so loose, had to live with that for 5 days until it was fixed after multiple calls, texts and emails, plumber replaced the tap them took the coffee machine 3. The stove top auto ignition isn’t working 4. A dishwasher has been retro fitted, you need to open the dishwasher door to then open the cutlery drawers, what a joke 5. Kitchen table very wonky, if you knock it while having dinner the wine glasses go over 6. The couch is so broken that its almost impossible to sit on, so uncomfortable 7. The clothes horse is full of rust, our cloths are now stained, had no choice but to use it, yeah there is a clothes dryer in the apartment but not fit for purpose 8. No exhaust fans fitted to the both bathrooms & laundry, BCA states these rooms require mechanical exhaust fans hence the build up of mould, this is a serious health hazard concern!! 9. No blind at kitchen window or balcony door, lack of privacy 10. Toilet cistern leaks so every 10-15 mins you’ll hear the water running to top it up, very annoying at night when you trying to get some sleep 11. The overall cleanliness of the apartment is less than desirable, mould in the bathrooms and laundry, grim on the tiles and build of filth, top of fridge hasn’t been cleaned for god knows how long, broken glass on the floor, the balcony covered in sand/grit, bird poo, did this apartment even get cleaned Unfortunately our stay in this apartment was lest than desirable nor was I made aware that I was renting an apartment with multiple broken things and doesn’t comply with Australian standards! Unfortunately this review won’t allow me to post photos of the filth and mould, totally disappointed with both the apartment and the fact the building maintenance. I will now endeavor to proceed further with a claim of compensation, at no time was I made aware I would have to pay to rent broken items, a dirty mould infested apartment Totally unacceptable!!

A very spacious apartment on the top floor with a magnificent view. Spa bath was awesome- we used it nearly everyday! Close to start of the walks at quiet end of the beach. It is getting a little older with the kitchen cupboards not closing properly, but overall it was fantastic.

Perfect spot, roomy apartment with great size balcony and great views. Everything we needed was in the apartment. There are a couple of pools with smaller one for use by this apartment block only. With a spa, bbq area, fridge which we had to ourself most afternoons. Overall very happy with our accomadation and recommend.

Property is exceptionally located with great view. Communication was superb and check in was easy. Property is dated and does need a freshen up.

Totally enjoyed our stay and accomodation. Apartment was really tidy, great ammenities and communication from the host was 1st class. Location and views more than met expectations.

The apartment is self contained with 2 bedrooms, living, dining, kitchen, balcony and 2 bathrooms. Spa bath in master bedroom. Beautiful views from the balcony. And a short walk to catseye beach. Decor a bit dated and kitchen cupboards rickety/ difficult to open/ shut. But so good to have kitchen facilities. Check in process was good - picked up at airport and taken to accom. Check out process could have been communicated earlier. Overall it does the job without being fancy.

This property shows a lack of care or interest by the owner. Some things were good (eg bathroom) but overall the place felt shabby and the cleaning perfunctuary. You can get aways with a quick wipe over for a feweeks, but the grime in corners and edges has been building up for ages. The couch was broken and when I lifted the seat cushion to look better there were crumbs and other debris that looked like a few months worth. The second beroom was suposed to be twin, but the beds had been combined. We asked repeatedly for this to be rectified but it was not. It is a shame because the unit is in a good position with large rooms and a good balcony. It has so much potential that is going to waste

I had seen the previous comments and assumed that they would have been addressed but unfortunately not. The tumble dryer did not turn on and the coffee machine wasn’t working. Most worryingly my 1 year old picked up a large piece of glass from the floor and we just in time got to her before she put it in her mouth. We looked around and found a few chunks on the floor then looked under the sofa and found massive chunks of glass had been swept underneath. The sofa is 100% broken as people have mentioned - my husband has recently had neck surgery and sat on it for the base to collapse - please fix it for new comers! Also would have been great to know that there isn’t a lift available as I wouldn’t have brought such a heavy pram with me. The buggy is the most bashed up we saw on the island and had mould and ripped seat. There’s no smart TV and the wifi doesn’t reach the main bedroom (which was important for us for white noise to play for bub) It’s a great location and view, and has a lot of potential if cleaned and renovated.
