About this apartment rental

The studio is located on the Promenade du Soleil, by the sea, near the Carnolès Garden, 5 minutes walk from the shops of Roquebrune, 10 minutes from the train station, 15 minutes from the center of Menton. Possibility of free parking and bus serving Ventimiglia, Menton, Monaco, Nice (including airport shuttle) at the foot of the building. Many immediate access to the sea. The studio has a well equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet, sleeps 4 (a sofa bed and 2 bunk beds in a separate area). The terrace, very nice, overlooking the sea and can see the old town and Cap Martin. Air conditioned apartment.

The stay in Menton was quite wonderful. The apartment is located innermost line to the sea, so you can see the sea directly all day - beautiful. In the apartment is available everything you need, so you can cook and eat very well there. The apartment is overall lovingly furnished and we were very happy there and will certainly vacation there again. Walking distance to some very clean beaches, the sea has been very warm in July. We were also able to take surfing lessons. The only negative is the road that lies between the apartment and the sea (only two lanes, but quite noisy). The key transfer with Dominique has worked very well, thank you for the kindness.

Great place for holiday!

I strongly recommend this apartment. The apartment has a fabulous view at the sea. It is located near the bus stop and not far away from Old Town in Menton in very nice area. Great location to visit from here Monaco, Nice and Italy as well. I am sure that I will choose this place again in the future. Everything was perfect!

Très bon séjour, très bon emplacement, appartement sympa qui mériterait toutefois une double baie vitrée afin de mieux insonoriser du bruit de la rue et une vraie porte à l'espace de nuit enfants qui n'est pas du tout séparé de la pièce de vie. Excellent rapport prestations/prix.

Immer wieder schön

Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung mit Blick aufs Meer. 5-10 Minuten zum Strand, zum Bäcker 7 Minuten, zum Supermarkt ca 15 Minuten, ins Zentrum 25 Minuten zu Fuß. WLAN super schnell und Klimaanlage war auch super. Fragen an die Vermieterin werden sofort freundlich beantwortet. Menton ist immer wieder schön.

Appartement très bien, très belle vue sur la mer.Appartement propre a notre arrivée,très bon accueil pour la remise des clés. Beaucoup de bruit de voiture ce qu' est normale vu que nous sommes sur la rue principale

Trés bon début de vacances malgré notre séjour interrompu par le confinement - seulement 1 semaine sur place - pensons terminer notre séjour dés que possible, probablement fin septembre.

Trop de bruit, la nuit.

L'appartement bien situé face à la mer est agréable par sa luminosité. Nous savions qu'un canapé serait notre couchage, cependant, ce n'est pas un lit!!... moyennement confortable. Le gros point noir de cette location est le bruit de la route très empruntée le matin à partir de 6h et un passage régulier de motos et 2 roues. Il y a certes un double vitrage à la baie coulissante coté rue, mais qui n'est pas du tout suffisant et adapté!!! Une isolation phonique est à prévoir en urgence, car nous avons peu dormi pendant notre semaine de location. Quel dommage ! L'appartement est agréable avec un balcon que nous ne pouvions utiliser à notre gré, à cause du bruit de la rue. Cette semaine très ensoleillée ne nous a pas permis de profiter du balcon abrité, face à la mer, à cause du bruit incessant ! Il y'a certes quelque chose à faire pour donner l'envie aux locataires de revenir. L'immeuble très propre avec ascenseur est parfaitement sécurisé et entretenu. Aucun problème pour nous stationner dans la rue derrière. Il est vrai qu'en janvier, les touristes affluent peu. Commerces à proximité , ce qui nous a permis de ne pas emprunter notre véhicule. L'accueil et la remise des clefs s'est très agréablement passé.

Studio conforme à l'annonce, bien équipé et fonctionnel, dans une jolie résidence idéalement située. Quel plaisir de se réveiller face à la mer !....un plaisir pouvant néanmoins être gâché pour certain par le bruit incessant de la circulation automobile. Dommage également de ne pas pouvoir bénéficier d'une place de stationnement privée : les places de stationnement gratuites sont rares et il faut arriver au bon moment pour avoir une chance de se stationner proche du studio, sinon il vous faudra payer ou marcher !

Très bon accueil et studio très agréable aménagement complet et l hôte a plein de petites attentions qui font plaisir. Le seul petit bémol c est la rue face mer qui est très fréquentée et de ce fait assez bruyante,on ne peut pas tout avoir.... le lever du soleil dans la mer efface ce désagrément. À recommander
