Take a step inside this amazing luxury beach house that is only a hop, step and a jump away from the gorgeous Long Beach.

Sneak down the track opposite the house for a great short cut through to the famous Long Beach… Just a few minutes walk from the house.

Bella Vita is built over two levels and has been cleverly designed to suit all kinds of groups.

Journey up the stairs into the open plan living area. Sneak onto the cushion filled couch, snuggle up and watch a movie on the 42 inch Plasma TV or gaze out the window to the coastal dunes beyond.

Dining is the focal point of this room, with it's beautiful timber table large enough to seat 10 guests. The light filled space with floor to ceiling windows that stretch across the front of the balcony create a charming ambience whilst having dinner or relaxing on the couch.

The kitchen consists of modern facilities and appliances and looks over the of the open plan living area.

The first floor also contains the master bedroom with a luxurious King size bed and 2nd bedroom with Queen. There is double door access to the generous bathroom and separate toilet facilities.

The remaining 3 bedrooms are on the ground floor, 2 x Queen size bedrooms and the 5th comprises of 2 King singles that can be pushed together and made into a King for extra couples. There is also a 2nd Bathroom and Laundry on the ground floor.

Enjoy time away with your whole family, large group of friends or a romantic escape for 2, Bella Vita can cater for all occasions.

Pets - We accept pets at this property but they are to be kept STRICTLY outside. If there are any signs of pets being inside cleaning fees and if there is any damage will be added onto your stay accordingly. Pets also come at a $25 fee per pet and we will need to request this fee from you.
Please note this properties yard is enclosed.

What to Bring – Our properties are fully self-contained and we supply a starter pack consisting of dish liquid sachets, laundry powder sachets, dish tablets, dish cloth, bin liners, milk, coffee, tea, sugar, bathroom amenities and a roll of toilet paper per toilet. Please note the complementary pack is to get you started for your holiday and through your first night. We only provide bathroom linen for the amount of guests in your booking. We recommend you to bring your own beach towels as we do not provide these. Strictly no bathroom linen to be used for the beach.

5. If something is broken or not working please let us know
6. Return keys to the key safe
7. Please ensure the home is locked upon departure
9. All heating/cooling is turned off upon departure

10. An additional cleaning fee of $50 will be charged for the BBQ if it's not cleaned after use.

IF PETS ARE DISCOVERED INSIDE THIS PROPERTY AT ANY TIME OF THE YEAR THE FOLLOWING WILL OCCUR;
1. Pets that have been secretly bought into a PROPERTY will be removed immediately.
2. IF PETS ARE NOT REMOVED GUESTS WILL ALSO BE EVICTED
3. Pets found inside a PROPERTY will incur a $400 fee AND ANY CHARGES FOR EXTRA CLEANING
4. Our pet friendly properties welcome dogs and other pets by negotiation. Your well behaved pets are NOT welcome inside. Guests are required to remove ALL TRACES of an animal being present at the property. This includes (but is not restricted to) any fur/hair, food, stains, smells or faeces. Any damage caused by the animal must be repaired or reported to us (and will be charged back to you). This includes damage to screens, paint work, carpets, furniture, gardens etc. Additional time that is spent cleaning up after animals will be charged to you.

nicely positioned house at long beach. Nice and private setting with two common areas to use. Great if you have kids/teenagers who need their own space downstairs. Nice big deck if the weather permits.

We booked Bella Vita for a girls weekend away. A great space for a bigger group. The outdoor deck area was wonderful. Great location, a stones throw from Robe town centre. A short walk to Long Beach.

The house floor plan was well laid out and perfect in having indoor spaces to relax as Wellers the big outdoor deck. The two bathrooms were fantastic, and we were pleased to see a nice big bath’s upstairs. We do have some feedback to be considered only as improvements for your consideration. We gladly book this house again. - [ ] Needs a internal Lock / safe for valuables - [ ] need larger bun in the downstairs bathroom ie sanitary plus other rubbish. We placed a bag in a cardboard box to suffice - [ ] Bucket in laundry would be handy - [ ] Lack of Hanging space downstairs ie bedroom 5 with the twin beds. We had teenagers in that room with plenty of clothing.. - [ ]odd Smell in room 5 with twin beds in it - perhaps something in the carpet ? - [ ] suggest a Height warning on stairs - going up and also down - we have family who are over 6ft tall and one numbed his head going up - [ ] Vacuum machine kept falling apart … we used this to keep the ground floor entrance area clean Thanks again we had a fantastic holiday in Robe! The place was great, very spacious, modern and good location to long beach. The only negative being the large bean bags on the deck were in very poor un-useable condition with large tears in one and an ant colony living in it making them both un-useable. The deck chair seat was also ripped down the middle. this gave a very poor look to a really nice deck. It would have been much better to remove them all together. other than that, great stay in a nice property with every thing you need.
