Clean and spacious apartment. Nice view.

The hotel hasn't got 24/7 reception, but only until midnight. Luckily, we called the reception in advance to confirm our booking and that's how we discovered this fact. Our arrival was late and night, and they waited for us before closing the reception. Our booking was for 3 people, but we had to ask for extra sheets additionally.

Chic hotel in a quiet area.

The hotel is very chic and newly refurbished. The owner very friendly and hospitable. There is a green garden where you can enjoy a drink and have a great view over the mountainous landscape. Rooms clean and comfortable.

Although it was said that the hotel had spa services, the jacuzzi could not be used because it was not cleaned after the previous guests. Only 2 saunas were accessible.

Nice location, out of city center but easy to get there. Silence and mountain ciews, spacy and comfortable room. Very kund staff.

Typical breakfast in Bulgaria. It could be improved by adding more fresh food or home made ones like salads, bread, etc.

Perfect place, perfect price, perfect location. I recommend!

Very good facility extremely clean and nice.

In the morning the water stopped at all and there was no way to take a shower!

Very good hotel with exceptional good staff

wide and comfortable room, exceptional kind and adequate staff! Special thanksgiving to the receptionist Petya and restaurant manager on duty Yordan. They both made me felt special.Praise God for such people

Expected more.

Hotel is fairly new. Bed was comfortable.

Restaurant is not good. Bathroom is inconvenient. Breakfast was not offered on our second day because we were the only guests.

The hotel is new and still clean, but I would not recommend it for this price of money.

Location, architecture, cleanliness

The breakfast was not fresh. We were going back to the hotel late in the night and we could sense that the breakfast was being prepared from the night before. In the morning it tasted like a gum (the fried slices bread and the fried dough). For a 4 star hotel we expected that the room will be cleaned everyday and the bathroom supplies (douche gel, shampoo, toilet paper) would be proved and replaced every day. For the whole stay of 3 nights, no one came into the room to check if we had enough of everything. As I told that to the receptionist as we were checking out, she told me that I should have asked for toilet paper 🤨 The parking lot is very small, so we had to park on the street.
