Would never stay at this hotel again

Worst experience ever had to change rooms less than 10 mins after check in because of a faulty toilet the next room they assigned us to was worst than the first room that was given to us no water was coming to face sink literally checkout at this hotel on night one of our four night stay . I would never recommend this hotel to a family or friend .

Decepção, bem diferente do que vemos nas fotos

Achei perto de algumas lojas

O quarto estava sujo, chegamos tinha piolho de cobra no chão, foi achado cabelo no lençol, passamos 4 diárias nenhum dia vinhetas limpar o quarto ou repor toalha e olha que pedimos, só não fomos para outro hotel porque já tinha descontado do nosso cartão, e queríamos gastar com outras coisas, nao com outra diária de hotel.

El peor hotel de Fort Lauderdale, ticos no se queden aquí.

Es el peor hotel que visitado.

Es una completa asquerosidad, llegamos al lugar y el pasillo olía horrible, entramos a la habitación y estaba usada, sin limpiar parecía que alguien acaba de salir de la habitación, el olor súper espantoso parecía vomitada añeja, nada seguro gente súper extraña caminaba por los pasillos, la puerta no trancaba y en cama parecía que habían pulgas. Pague por 3 noches y no dure ni 1 hora en el lugar, perdí el dinero y me fui a buscar otro lugar. De verdad ese hotel es el peor que he visitado, mejor pague un poquito más que vivir esa experiencia tan desagradable.

Hicieron u. Cobro de 170.000 pesos Colombianos y nadie me los devolvió. Ya escribí por booking y nadie da razón porque hicieron un cobro de más, no me han devuelto nada. Deshonestos el cobro debía ser por 1.430.000 y cobraron a la tarjeta 1.60.000 y más.

A dreadful Hotel should not be on this website, nowhere near the airport Fort Lauderdale Greenwater for the bathroom, broken windows Dreadful conditions, arm, security guard

Need Tobe improved in more area's then one.

Access to store.

Room 324, t.v only had 2 channels, there was no heat only cool air. The slide glass door was broke it couldn't lock. I feel like for the price it wasn't worth it. Period.

A pleasant experience and great service

I liked that the room was spacious and clean, and we felt safe here. Most importantly we loved the staff. Jay, the manager, Justin the head of security, and other gracious staff who helped with the remote (technically challenged, haha) were all exceptional.

We needed a place to stay and this fit the bill. There isn’t anything that stands out as a negative.

Reservei e paguei por um quarto com cama king e nos colocaram em um quarto com duas camas de viuva. A TV não pega internet e somente um elevador funciona. Pedi assistência aos funcionários sobre o quarto que realmente reservei e sobre a falta de internet, mas não fizeram nada.

The price wasn't bad

The staff argued with each other. We reserved a 2 queen bed room, they put us in a 2 single beds room.. There was no smart TV. There was water damage outside of our room and I almost slipped several times..

I booked only when I arrived the parking lot was flooded. When I entered the lobby, it was dirty and smell. Horrible period afterward. I approached the lady at the desk, and I told her that I had booked a room online, so she asked for my ID. She went on to tell me that my room was not paid for and I had to pay for it. I told her that I had already paid for it online. So she told me to call the website I booked. Now, after being on the phone for over an hour and nobody answered the phone, I asked the lady if she can double check just in case, so she did and realized that I did pay for it. She went on to tell me that she could not give me a key. Because they had a problem, she had a security guy escort me to my room. Is the whole building smell horrible like marijuana. Also, the carpet was wet all over the place. When I entered my room, the security guy told me that my lights did not work. So my room was full dark the whole time I was there. Also, the door would not close, and the lock was broken, so I had to put a table just to hold. The door closed when I entered the bathroom. A locafter, all it looked like nobody had cleaned the bathroom. There was what it looked like pubic hairs all over the shower. The toilet had not been clean, and there was used paper in the sink. The t v did not work, and it looked like the place had not been clean. I did not feel safe the whole time, and it was a horrible experience

Will never go back thi this hotel.

Nothing at all.

The room was not cleaned daily. The towels were not changed unless we asked for it. Almost every night people were fighting and screaming on the floor we were staying. Extremely poor menu at the restaurant / cafe. Unfriendly staff. There was no parking available for patrons on the night of the spring brake party created for outside of hotel people. The music was very loud all night.

Don't waste your $$$...

They had entertainment inclyding a dj at the pool area prividing some entertainment, but it went until 3am which was too late considering sime people had children with them. It was loud permeating to the5th floor.

The lobby and the first floor hallway were the only things about this hotel. The photo made it appear as though it was on the beach, far from it. The hallways smelled, and they attempted to mask it with air freshener, which made it worse. One guest even walked with her shirt covering her nose to minimize the smell When we got to the room, the bottom of the door was unlevel, and you could literally push it in w8th your foot. We looked out the window, and not only did it open, but there was no screen on our 5th floor window. Fortunately, we didn't have any children with us for safety reasons, obviously. This was hy far one of the worst 3 star hotels (not my rating) i have EVER visited. If asked, it wouldn't even get a one star. The staff was non chalant and not very motivated to assist. Nothing about this hotel was worth the$212 spent (before taxes and resort fees). Resort fees, nah, nothing resort about it. I'm very disappointed.
