OK - but if you are looking for a calm vacation and a good nights sleep, search elsewhere

Appartment has ALMOST all you need. Very clean. Fantastic common terrace with views over the town and sea. Close to the beach. The family who runs the hotel and nearby restaurant seem like very nice people!

Our room was on the first floor, with one window towards the main entrance and another towards the restaurant. As result, it is very noisy in the room until around 1 a.m. and sometimes even in the middle of the night (voices from the guests, owners/stuff, kitchen noises, people slamming the door etc), and we also had cigarette smoke and light from the street coming into the room. The owners and restaurant staff would often had "afterworks" until very late (which is understandable but nonetheless disturbing). The feeling was similar to when I had to overnight at a railway station in New York. We knew this could be a problem in the very touristic Puerto de Mogan. We didn't plan to stay there and this was an emergency solution. So we don't blame anyone. Just wanted to share our experience so people know what they are booking. P.S. It would be nice to have cooking oil, salt and soap in the room. We had to buy own and it is a waste when you just stay for a few days.

A really lovely stay at a very nice apartment

very central location, close to everything. Beautiful view from rooftop terrace, clean rooms, shared washing machines, comfortable bed, basic but everything we needed , reasonably priced for the area and the lovely Spanish lady that cleaned and worked in the restaurant was so sweet and nice.

Not much hot water, would get possibly 2 minutes of hot before it turned to lukewarm. As it was great weather it wasn’t really too bothersome. The oven/grill was a bit naff. Difficult to cook in and the temperature dial was broken so had to guess temperature but again it wasn’t a huge problem as we ate out most of the time. would be great if the star way and rooftop were mopped a little more often as these were a little grubby at times. The furniture, sun beds and table and chairs on rooftop looked well used and would benefit from replacing. None of these things were major issues and didn’t particularly bother me but are just constructive criticism so owners are aware.

lovely holiday

location!! accommodation was comfortable and clean but small. we were lucky to have a small balcony but the roof terrace was also an option. very friendly and helpful owner. food in restaurant next door was very good

we were surprised that the apartment was so small and that there wasn’t a separate living space and the sofa was in the bedroom. we need to read the description of the accommodation more carefully in future so we know what to expect

WiFi wasn’t great and the key system was a bit long but nothing crazy!

Collecting the keys was a fun adventure. Loved the room and the colours.

The covers to block the sun kept falling, they had lost their stickiness. But really a minor detail

Great location with good facilities be more comfortable for a more enjoyable stay.

The location was excellent, 5 minutes to the beach, supermarket, shops, restaurants; and within the pretty, traditional housing area. The sun terrace looked good if we didn’t want to go to the beach, and the tiny balcony was nice and handy too for drying clothes.

The beds were quite uncomfortable, the pillows were tiny and the room was quite hot at night (fan was noisy). The room was also very light at night, with a light outside the kitchen window and no window blind.

Relaxing, comfortable and very good value for money.

Location was perfect with a 2 minute level walk to the beach and all amenities. It was clean and adequately equipped. Alicea, the cleaner was very good and helpful and the property was very good value for what we paid.

Fab little appartment

About 200m to beach. Central to everything with no need to climb any hills (unless you want to!) roof terrace with amazing view

A fantastic quick 4 day getaway in a beautiful resort

A great two week stay in a lovely apartment right in the centre of beautiful Puerto de Mogan

The location within Puerto de Mogan was excellent - two minute walk from the beach and restaurants. The property contained everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. We used the roof terrace several times and it was a great sheltered sun trap.

Perfect location, just up from the beach, harbour and restaurants. Bright, spacious and quiet Good roof terrace, shared with other flats in same building

No toiletries. We only found German language channels on TV. We're told there were others but couldn't find them.

Ghastly - even though I had paid for 14 days stay I left after one night this surely says something?

The platter of cold meats and bottle of wine on arrival was a nice touch

No guest registration or Covid control on arrival. 15 very steep and narrow stairs to apartment. Very small (probably 14/16") tv set with no instructions of how to receive non-Spanish channels. Impossible to sleep even with blackout curtains because of 2 very bright street lamps right out side windows (previous guests have reported this). Smokers in appt 4 not conforming to no smoking in rooms policy. The kitchen claims to have a washing machine - this is not true the washing machine is on the roof terrace shared by all other apartments. The notice on the door of the apartment encouraging guests to book direct with their website and not Booking.com. The abusive attitude of the patron who called me a mobster and blackmailer when I informed her what the contents of my report to booking.com would be. All of my comments are FACTS as opposed to OPINIONS and she will no doubt repeat her wild accusations in response to this report.

A nifty little apartment with a good location

Handy location, very central. Kitchen for making food and eating own breakfast. Tidy place.

The bed was not super comfortable, although not the worst. Some light coming out from balcony door at night. Air was a bit stale inside. The apartment was fishing for good reviews with a sign telling visitors "please don't lower our review score" or something. Not very luxurious place, but okay for short stays.

Hard to understand this high rating for this place. Would not suggest this place. We moved.

Location. Roof terrace. Not much.

Old. 1960 style. No bottled water to start with. Hard bed that made a lot of noise if you moved. Too little hot water. Thin towels. No toiletries in bath except hairdryer. No soap or shampoo. Smell of mold. Idiotic and complicated key system. Hard to understand the rating of 8.5. Would not suggest this place. We moved.

Sun, beach, baths, good food and wine within a few minutes reach. Peaceful. Just what we wanted.

Very friendly hosts! Whenever any service needed, we got it. Quiet and very nice area, still just 2 minutes from the beach and all restaurants. A little grocery shop in the same house. For our needs and wishes (couple in our 60's) it was just perfect.

Handy for short stays

It's very close to the beach and port area. Rooftop terrace is nice.

The kitchen has a bare minimum of equipment, there is no drying rack for swim suits or towels and there are absolutely no views from any of the appartments.

The best apartament you can wish for on the island

The location is perfect, literally 1 minute from the port and beach. Patricia, the host, was so kind and helpful! The solarium upstairs was a dream. The apartment was so cozy and with all the amenities you could need. You also get 10% discount at a italian restaurant near by, and the food is delicious :) I really recommend it!

There is nothing not to like, everything was good!
