Las Ramblas boutique apartment located in the famous Plaza Catalunya; an unbeatable location in Barcelona!
Highlights: Sunny spacious living room with dining area. Total of 5 big bedrooms as follows: 4 luxurious double bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a duplex area with another single bed. 1 Single bedroom. 3 private fully equipped bathrooms. A kitchen fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances. Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, heating and air conditioning. Free Internet wi-fi 2 lifts.
Bottom level: The living room of this fantastic apartment is on the lower level and has a wonderful common area. The big windows also have the traditional Spanish balconies. Also on this level you will find 3 bedrooms; The elegant master bedroom which comes complete with a queen sized bed and ample wardrobe space for all your belongings. The 2 guest bedrooms are wonderful and stylish. One guest bedroom has a single bed and the second guest bedroom has two single beds below and it also has an elegant spiral staircase leading up to an extra lofted bedroom with a single bed (please note that the apartment is considered a 5 bedroom apartment as this sixth bedroom will only be used by the acceptance of the guest). Two full, modern bathrooms in cool white marble and glass completes the lower level of the apartment.

Upper level: An elegant wooden staircase takes you to the upper level where you will find the fourth and fifth guest bedrooms. These bedrooms are separate with their own door and an adjoining hallway. Please note that the bottom level has very high ceilings and the upper level may have spaces where the ceiling is lower. One bedroom has a double bed and the other one has 2 single beds but they can be made into double beds. A full bathroom with spacious walk in shower completes the upper level of this fantastic apartment. The apartment comes with a flatscreen TV and DVD for entertainment.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Check-in from 15 p.m.
- Check-out before 11 a.m.
- The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
- Parties in the apartment are not allowed.
- Additional charges: Barcelona city tax 6.88€ per person per night (max 7 nights) Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight.
- A 500€ security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out
- The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment.
- If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500€.

To arrive to the property, the easiest way is catching a taxi to the airport. It should cost somewhere around 45 euros for up to 4 guests, bigger taxis a bit more and the path would last around 30 minutes depending on the traffic.
From the airport, there is also a bus service, Aerobus, going directly to the center of the city, Plaza Cataluña.

We had the best time at this apartment! Perfect location to all the main attractions, plenty of taxi's/ Metro right outside to get to further locations if needed. Would stay here again in the future

This was a beautiful apartment right on the Plaça de Catalunya. The beds were comfortable and plentiful. One upstairs room did not appear to be ventilated but we didn't need it and the weather was mild. We requested more teaspoons and the management brought more immediately. They were very flexible with our check-in. 4 keys were provided which was perfect for our 7 adults. All of Barcelona was easily accessible from this central location. We would love to stay there again.

Amazing space, well managed- when we had a problem (shower) it was fixed quickly. So great to have air con in the Summer and surprisingly quiet for heart of the city.

L'appartamento è molto grande e ha in totale 5 camere. E' bene sapere come sono disposte (due al piano superiore, una con una rampa di scale interna) perchè può essere un problema per chi ha mobilità ridotta. Le camere al piano di sopra hanno un'altezza inferiore alla norma, una porta è più bassa di 180 cm. Per il resto tutto perfetto, dal check-in al check-out.

The absolute best location

This is the place you want to stay for a convenient stay. Across the street from Cortes Ingles which is a department store with a high end supermarket in the floor below street level. You are at the top of La Rambla and the main Plaça de Catalunya with metro, Renfe district lines, entrance across the street. One stop on Renfe from the Main train station. Views were great and staff checking us in were very nice and helpful. Thank you Juanes! Apartment was clean and comfortable. There were only 6 of us but it had room for many more. YouStylish provided a welcome package with food/ cleaning supplies. Due to Covid there were no spices or things to cook with but the kitchen had all that was needed. But with a fantastic cafe just near the entrance, your morning coffee and snack needs are steps away. More places to eat in the Plaça than you could ever need. The apartment was well furnished and in the center of all the places we wanted to visit in Barcelona. Major sites were within a mile walking distance; two subway stations within a block also made it super easy to visit Parc Guell or Parc Montjuic, and even for a day trip to MontSerrat! The check-in communication was well organized and super easy via email and WhatsApp. The welcome package included milk, juice and a bottle of wine! Huge kudos to the team! We will definitely stay again!

Disfrutamos de 4 días encantadores. El departamento en si está hermoso y tiene suficiente espacio. Limpio y moderno. Puntos en contra: Las habitaciones en el piso de arriba están bien, pero el techo es un poco bajo. El baño de arriba únicamente tiene toallas y algunos Rollos de papel de baño. Más no. Loque fue desagradable es el olor a marihuana que se percibe exageradamente y que sale todo el tiempo por la ventilación, a pesar de tener las ventanas cerradas.

It was a lovely property in an excellent location, comfy beds and well appointed

We all enjoyed staying there very much, it was a great place to stay, with plenty of room for the 9 of us. It was warm and relaxing with plenty of china and cutlery. As I said in my previous review our only negative comment would be that there wasn't enough hot water when we all wanted to shower in the evening before we went out for dinner. Other than that it was a great place and we would recommend it to others.

My group and I really enjoyed the space. It easily held our group of 6 guys without overcrowding. The location is central and walkable, as well as, easy to catch a cab from. Would definitely stay here again!
