The villa, located in a residential area, is 200 meters from a crystal blue sea, and is surrounded by a large garden. The house has 2 bedrooms, plus a living room with a double sofa bed, and a single sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom. Outside there is a built-in barbecue, a wooden shed with table, a cabin with hot water and a parking space. The house is the ideal place to rest, but if you want to dive into the sparkling mazarese nightlife you can reach the city center in 5 minutes. If you want to wake up with the chirping of birds, have breakfast and then swim in the blue sea, go back to the sea to take a shower, rest, have dinner enjoying a fiery red sunset and then immerse yourself in the sparkling mazarese nightlife, this is the place for you .

Semplicemente fantastico
Villetta vicina al mare curata nei minimi particolari meglio di come si può immaginare dalle foto appena arrivati siamo stati accolti da CAROLINA persona fantastica che subito ci ha messo a nostro agio appena entrati subito ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra molto pulita e con ogni confort acqua fresca in frigo (molto gradita) e tante altre accortezze. Il bagno è la cucina nuovi e confortevoli ma la cosa che ti rapisce è lo spazio esterno dove le mie bimbe hanno scorazzato per tutto il soggiorno su un giardino ben curato una tettoia dove cenare e un barbecue molto utile insomma siamo stati benissimo e sicuramente ci ritornerò molto volentieri.

Paradise in Mazara del Vallo
What an amazing hidden gem. Carolina was such a delight and very welcoming to this adorable beach town. The villa is literally a two minute walk to the beach (not even). There is a cafe at the beach that offers an amazing view where you can enjoy cheap drinks and coffee. You can rent chairs and and umbrellas on the private beach. You can walk to town or it is an five minute drive up the road. There were five of us in the apartment and there was lots of room. It is updated and modern with very cool art and an amazing shower! It is so clean that you could eat off of the floor (not that we did haha). Honestly. I have zero complaints. This place is awesome!! I highly recommend staying here.

Sehr gepflegtes Haus
Das Haus liegt am Rande von Mazara del Vallo an einer Hauptstrasse. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in ca 500m, ein sehr gutes Restaurant direkt nebenan. Das Haus ist super gepflegt und es hat Platz für 6 Personen. Es ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Carolina die Besitzerin ist einfach toll. Sie tut was sie kann. Als wir abends ankamen, hat sie schon für das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen eingekauft. Einfach super und ganz ganz lieb. 2 Tage später hatten wir auch noch Gastgeschenke auf dem Tisch. Also wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen. Für abolut Ruhesuchende ist es allerdings nicht so gut, da die Hauptstrasse und eine Bahntrasse ( nachts nicht ) in unmittelbarer Nähe vorbei führt. Das Haus ist auch mit Stahltoren gesichert, so daß man die Fenster und Türen nachts geöffnet lassen kann, damit es durchzieht. Was vielleicht fehlt sind Moskitonetze an den Fenstern, aber ansonsten wirklich sehr gut.
Wir danken Carolina nochmals sehr für Ihre Fürsorge und empfehlen das Haus auf jeden Fall. Wir waren eine Gruppe mit 5 Freunden.

Замечательное место ...лазурное чистое море ...белый песок ...в пяти минутах от виллы...в доме все есть необходимое для отдыха...магазины рядом ...очень зелено и чисто вокруг...Каролина с ее мужем очень гостеприимные люди .Мы второй раз туда едем!Рекомендую!

Esperienza a cinque stelle la nostra! La casa era pulitissima , a pochi passi dal mare e dotata di ogni comfort. Ritorneremo sicuramente a trascorrere le vacanze a Mazara Del Vallo.

Sehr empfehlenswert!
Carolina ist eine entzückende und warmherzige Gastgeberin; wissend, daß wir über Mittag anreisten, hat Sie uns z. B. einen typisch sizilianischen Snack zusammengestellt. Der Kühlschrank war mit einer Auswahl von Getränken bestückt. Sie ist jederzeit zu erreichen und hat uns mit unendlich vielen guten und nützlichen Tips (Sehenswürdigkeiten, Strände, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Veranstaltungen etc. versorgt), so dass man sich nicht fremd fühlte. Ihrerseits fragte sie während unseres Aufenthaltes mehrmals nach, ob wir uns wohlfühlten, noch etwas brauchten oder wissen wollten. Das Haus ist großzügig; die Küche ist über die Maßen ausgestattet, das Bad ist sehr geschmackvoll modernisiert. Nahe am Meer gelegen bietet die Unterkunft im Außenbereich sowohl sonnige als auch schattige Plätze, wo man sitzen kann. Je nachdem zu welcher Jahreszeit man kommt, kann man Granatäpfel, Zitronen oder Birnen ernten, Küchenkräuter sowieso. Von dort ist man in max. 1,5 Std an den größten Ausgrabungen Siziliens (Agrigent, Selinunte, Mozia). Wir werden diese Adresse weiterempfehlen.
