Penthouse rental in the heart of Granada, 50 meters from the cathedral and 100 meters from Gran Via. Ideal for visiting the Alhambra, Albaycin, Sierra Nevada and the city center. Fully equipped house for 8 people with new furniture. The apartment has 3 independent bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen (vitro, oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer, etc.), living room and 30 meters of terrace with views of the cathedral, includes: bed linen and towels. Beach about 50 km. The 3rd floor has a public parking which costs 15 euros per day, 30 meters from the apartment.

Beds were comfy, place is older but clean. Washing machine was musty so we ran an empty cycle before washing our clothes. The master bedroom bathroom was pretty with a very nice shower. The terrace however made the place with a table and chairs and sectional couch with plenty of room to spread out. Beautiful place for meals and wine/cheese/crackers in the evening.

Sadly, this is probably the worst vacation home stay I've ever experienced. The place is not very well kept up. The photos make it look much nicer than it actually is. t's a 3rd floor (actually 4th) walk-up with no lights on the first floor stairs. The "parking next door" as advertised is over a block away and difficult to find. It's old and dated. There are old sheets covering most of the furniture. IThe AC units in each room are loud. The washer took over 2 hours to wash a single load, and there is no clothes dryer as advertised; they provide clothespins and a drying line in the middle of a courtyard that is accessed from the bathroom window. (God forbid if any clothes fell off – you'd never see them again.) The patio/balcony was filthy and very noisy to the street below. The wallpaper in the master bedroom is falling off; the baseboards were gross and exposed to pipes. There is no grill as advertised. The pillows were really hard; the beds were foam mattresses and uncomfortable. The bed covers looked like they were from the 1970s. The "Welcome" booklet provided by the owner is falling apart and wasn't very "welcoming"'; it's a cheap, simple spiral bound folder that could be easily, and inexpensively, replaced with something much nicer. I would NOT recommend this apartment to anyone.

The apartment is very well located within walking distance to Alhambra, the old town and lots of shops and restaurants. The terrace is very spacious and nice to use on not very hot days. One thing I should note is that the apartment is located on the third floor and there is no elevator, so a bit of exercise carrying the luggage up three flights of stairs. Fran was a great host, thank you!

The property is a bit neglected ,the kettle was with a cable hanging out , that d have been fixed , not an expensive item , toilet seat cracked in the middle . Also it would be advisable that the property is on the 3rd floor , no lift .and finally on Saturday night we manage to get to sleep at about 1.30 as the people on the first level were having a very happy party even that they were notices of to keep quiet from 11 pm which it was totally ignored

Perfect apartment for my husband and I with our 2 adult sons. Having the outside space was such a bonus also the 2 full bathrooms was ideal. The location is also great for visiting all the attractions and finding plenty of places to eat and drink.

This three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is just delightful. The highlight is the outdoor terrace where you can have breakfast, cocktails, dinner, or just simply hang out. It's also very conveniently located in the heart of the central city, literally a few blocks from the cathedral. Despite the proximity to everything, the apartment is very quiet, so it's easy to get a good night's sleep.

The apartment is conveniently located by Sevilla Cathedral. Terrace is spacious and a nice place to relax after a long day. The apartment is very clean. Rosario is a wonderful host and very accommodating. She even arranged a taxi for my early train back to Madrid. I very much appreciated her hospitality.

Exactly what we wanted in central Granada. Three bedrooms and 2 baths were perfect for our Granada visit, plus super convenient parking close to apartment. Owners were very patient with our late and chaotic arrival. A/C was great too!

Great location

Easy access to all you want to see in Granada with good and friendly tapas bars in neighborhood. Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable and the apartment wasn’t as clean as it should be. There’s a musty smell in the master bath.

We have a family of 5, and there was plenty of room in this apartment. We slept in a king sized bed, and there was two other bedrooms, each with twin beds. The kitchen was quite small but functional. One shower had 1/2 glass and poured water onto the floor no matter how careful we were. The other one was so tiny. It did have a washing machine but no dryer which is typical in Spain. The terrace was amazing but the neighborhood wasn’t. It’s about two blocks away from a nice neighborhood. Our checkin lady spoke no English. It was a good price, but we likely would not stay here again

Our host was extremely helpful. We loved staying in this beautiful apartment. Peaceful and perfectly located. The walk to the Alhambra was about 30 minutes uphill (taking us through interesting neighborhoods, passing shops and cafes). We’d love to stay here again.

La casa estaba perfecto, con toallas ,sabanas, material de cocina. Tenia aire acondicionado y calefaccion que funcionaba perfectamente. Ademas de tener 2 baños muy bonitos. En el centro al lado de TODO. Muy buena estancia. Ademas teneis un sofa cama donde caben 3 perfectamente. Muchas gracias Fran por toda la estancia.

Apartment was clean and although you can get parking 3-4 blocks away for 10euros per day, we just parked at the La Paz parking lot which is on the same street and a block from the door for 16Euros/night. My friends said that they'd stay there again.

We were a family of 4 with two college students, we stayed for one night and this place hit on everything we were looking for except we could not get the A/C in the living room to work but it worked perfectly in the bedrooms so we were able to cool off the main living space sufficiently. Great location, close to everything. We were met at the apartment door by our guide from Cicerone tour company for our private Alhambra tour which worked out fantastically. Checking in was a bit of a challenge as the person who met us at the apartment did not speak any English, if we had been staying for more than 1 night and needed to know more about the apartment and location, it would have been a bit tough. Communication with host was great leading up to our arrival.

Very enjoyable, great location for walking and city cdntre ambiance. Property was well maintained and equipped - cooking facilities were very useful. Rooms good with showers more than adequate. Lack of lift was overcome by energy of property manager Tomas. He was genuinely very helpful in making sure our requests and queries were met. The terrace was excellent - it made the property feel much larger - eating and drinking in a quiet secluded location helped greatly to make our stay very relaxing.

Apartment well equipped and in very central location. Parking about 400 meters away. We walked to parking and picked up car and then drove to apartment to load. Simple and easy once you accustom yourself to the narrow streets. Lovely terrace. Hosts helpful and prompt with answering queries.

Our family of 5 stayed in the apartment for 5 nights, and it was perfect for our stay in Granada. The apartment is centrally located to all of the beautiful sights in Granada, including the Cathedral, The Albaicin, and La Alhambra. Granada is a great city - we loved our visit! I would highly recommend staying here!

Pros: - Location within easy walking distance to Cathedral - Property as described and pictured. Was clean and well maintained - Since we were there in July with temperatures in the 90's, walking up to the Alhambra wasn't worth it to us but walking back down from Alhambra, stopping at a sidewalk cafe for late lunch, then back to apartment was an easy walk and very doable. Cab ride up to Alhambra very much worth the €5 - Apt has 3 wall A/C units that maintain LR/kitchen and 2 bedrooms well - Nice en suite off master bedroom - Clothes washing machine and clothes line came in very handy and detergent was supplied Cons: - Third bedroom only had an oscillating fan that could not be adjusted to stay in one position; therefore, room was uncomfortably warm for sleeping. To be fair, we were there during a very hot time. Might be okay during other times - No elevator for third floor apartment. Not a deal breaker but should be noted - Our biggest concern: exit from the building through the ground floor door was by key only. Would be a huge safety issue in case of fire. This really should be addressed
