Stunning Coastal home available for rental. Stylishly furnished - three bedrooms, two and a half baths, with gas fireplace, and everything you need. Just 1 mile from Easton s Beach. Fabulous layout for entertaining; with wet bar, and wine fridge. Lovely deck, hot tub, and fenced yard in great location on quiet cul- de-sac, with loads of privacy. Many smart home amenities including Nest thermostats, ring security system, Roku TV devices and high speed internet. 7 night minimum July and August Sat-sat.

We came to Middletown for a family wedding and fell in love with this house and area. Location of this home was so convenient to Newport and all beaches and various necessary amenities everything at your finger tips. It’s located on a private street with many similar looking properties, well taken care of neighborhood. We were able to Uber in and out of Newport with great ease, no more than a 10 minute drive at any time of the day. The house pantry/kitchen provided anything you might need to cook at home. It was stocked with all the necessities my own home has and more. The yard was perfect for dinners on the deck and family games on the lawn. Patrick was so easy to work with, provided his cell phone from the start of the trip and promptly replied to any questions I had throughout our stay and prior. We rent many properties thru Vrbo and I can say that this was top notch. I highly recommend this property if you are looking to visit this area, you will not be disappointed.

This house was so well stocked with kitchen items and more, it made us wonder what their main home looks like!! We brought our outdoor lobster cooking pot with our propane tank, and they actually had one too! I would highly recommend renting this home! thank you, Judy

This lovely home exceeded our expectations! We were 6 retirees enjoying 5 days in Newport. Location close to beach and tours and downtown! We cooked two nights in a beautiiful kitchen that had every small appliance and utensil we needed. Stunning accent lighting and sunny rooms. Gardens beautiful. Deck with rollout cover useful at alll hours of day. Beds and rooms comfortable. Patrick was very accommodating to our needs and responded immediately. I cant say enough about the property. I will stay there again!

We had an incredible stay at Pat’s home in Middletown. We were in town for a wedding at the Chandler and the location could not have been more convenient. The house is absolutely stunning and pristine. Pat was so accommodating through the check-in process and made sure we had everything we needed. We were even greeted with a kind welcome note and bottle of wine from a local vineyard! 110% would recommend.

We had a wonderful week at this property. Everything was clean and the kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we have ever stayed at. Our kids loved the backyard to play soccer and games. The beds were incredibly. The location was great and we were able to get to the beaches, Newport and Narragansett easily. We would definitely stay again.

My family comes to Newport every summer and rents a house together for a week. We have stayed in many rental houses, but to say this one was the best would be an understatement! Patrick was wonderful to work with and helped us early on with an issue unrelated to the property. The house is beyond beautiful, with plenty of space for relaxing. It was clean and well stocked for a week of beach trips and family dinners. The central air worked wonderfully and kept us very comfortable during a pretty hot week. I would highly recommend this property and want to thank Patrick again for a wonderful week in his gorgeous home!!

We stayed here to run the Newport 10 miler and it was exactly what we needed. The house was absolutely beautiful and the owners truly thought of everything. The hot tub was perfect after a long run and we enjoyed every second of our stay. We can only hope to return and run the race again next year!

We took our adult sons & daughters-in-law to Newport for 3 nights. We were thrilled with this home. It was beautifully decorated, spacious, very comfortable and well prepared for guests. It was a few miles away from the wharf in a subdivision, but the drive wasn’t bad and it was so quick and easy to get to restaurants and shopping. The owners were so quick to respond with any questions and so kind to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

This was an extended stay to be close to our youngest son's home in Newport and spend time with his two small children. Simply said, there were no problems. When the dishwasher stopped running, it was replaced in a couple of days. Owner was prompt in responding to questions about the property. Decent mattresses, a well appointed kitchen, and cheerful seaside decor meant we spent very little time dealing with "the house" and lots of time with our grandchildren. Success!

From the moment we stepped in the door we could feel our stress just disappear. Everything about the house was exceptional. Our 2 yr old daughter just loved running around the backyard, exploring the beach for the first time and learning how to fly a kite. She is still talking about it! The house was super clean and the beds I have to say were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on at a rental property. Wonderful place to stay and we were so happy to have selected this house for our vacation.

Although it poured rain all weekend so we did not enjoy any of the outside amenities, inside was so comfortable and accommodating for us that we thoroughly enjoyed our time

Patrick & Ana - such a beautiful home! Everything was EXACTLY as shown if not better! Fresh and clean I felt like I was in my own home! We didn't need to worry about something we may have forgotten, because everything was there. The location was perfect to downtown Newport and to Kempenaars Clambakes we we hosted a day after celebration for my son and his new wife. Can't wait to rent again!

The home is very well kept, incredibly clean, and met all of our needs and expectations. Patrick was great to deal with and accommodated our scheduling flexibility as he was able to do so. We recently stayed at this property and I honestly have to say that it is one of the best VRBO homes we have stayed in. In addition to being aesthetically gorgeous and well appointed, it was extremely comfortable! Everyone enjoyed a good night’s sleep, as all the mattresses were beyond comfortable. And the living room furniture is just the ticket for cozying up after a long day out on the town. If it happens to rain you won’t run out of in-home entertainment, as there are plenty of board games in the cabinets and every streaming service available to watch in any room of the house— all have their own TVs. The unit has everything you could possibly need, including a well stocked pantry and cupboards with all the essentials you will need for your stay. Additionally, you will find a wonderful assortment of seasonings so, if you plan to cook, feel free to leave those at home! We didn’t have a chance to go to the beach since it was a little chilly during our stay. But, if we did go, there were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas available to take along with us. Since it was so chilly, the hot tub was an absolutely perfect remedy to the lack of beach time. We had an absolutely wonderful stay and we are excited to book again next year!!!

Our stay was fantastic. This home is every bit as beautiful as the pictures. It was immaculate, with all the comforts of home. The kitchen was well equipped with everything a cook would need. Excellent wifi and TVs in every bedroom! I would not hesitate to recommend this home to friends and family. Patrick was great to deal with!

The property we visited is a beautiful 3 bedroom home on a quiet cul-de-sac in Middletown, RI. You'll find everything you need for a stress-free stay including a hot tub, fire pit, gas grill, Adirondack chairs and every appliance you might need. Nest thermostats maintain the appropriate temperature and the internet, cable and streaming worked flawlessly. There's even a wireless printer. Drive time to most Newport locations is about 15 minutes. Every aspect of this experience was wonderful. The owners were responsive, quickly addressing all our questions. In conclusion we highly recommend this property.
