It has 3 beautiful bedrooms.
1 double bedroom with a large double bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 separate beds. All the bedding is of very high quality for great comfort. The living-dining room is fully equipped with a sofa, a large table as well as the television with all TNT channels as well as the Wi-Fi connection with free unlimited internet access.
There are 2 very nice bathrooms as well as 2 toilets.
You can fully enjoy the outdoors thanks to a beautiful terrace adjoining the living-dining room, also overlooking the swimming pool. The pool surround allows you to enjoy the sun.
A nice barbecue is also available.
This beautiful villa is located in the district of Riells in L'escale, a stone's throw from the protected forest area of Torroella de Montgri and 10 minutes walk from the first beautiful beach of Riells. This villa is ideal for a relaxing family holiday.

Had a great stay at this property in L’Escala. Spacious property which is completely enclosed so safe for our dog. Pool is clean and a great size. Plenty to do in the area. Great communication with host, William and his daughter, who were happy to provide any information.

A nice big house, located in a great area not for away from the city center. The house is also ideal for dogs, as they can scroll in the garden which is fully fenced. The big swimming pool is a great advantage. We had a very nice stay and would love to come back.

Booking process and communicating with William during the holidays was super easy and fast. He is always happy to help with any kind of questions (bakery, beaches, jogging routes..). One of the best features of the house is the big terrasse and garden area, also the pool is huge compared to other houses in the area. Since we were two couples, it is a big plus that the first floor has a private bath/toilet and bed room. The ground floor features two bedrooms decent size plus bath/toilet.
The Kitchen is small, but basically everything is there. The living room is huge, but we didn‘t really use it, since we spent most time outside. We didn‘t miss AC at all. Every bedroom comes with a ventilator.
Several beaches are accessable within 7-20 min driving distance (some of them offer free parking). The city beach riells is within 15mins walking distance. Also several supermarkets are close (5 mins by car). The house is in a quiet and nice neighborhood.
We are looking forward to our next stay in one of Williams houses next year :-)

Geweldige locatie en uiterst hulpvaardige en vriendelijke host
Vanaf het uiterst prettige ontvangst van William tot het huis en zwembad: uitstekend en aan iedereen aan te raden. Het huis zelf voldoet aan de verwachtingen, het zwembad is groter dan het lijkt, de locatie perfect gelegen tussen Riells, Cala Montgó, de uitvalswegen met supermarkten om de hoek. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Schöner Urlaub, erholsam und ruhig. Ideal für Hunde dank des eingezäunten Geländes. Netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt zur Hausverwaltung (William). Gerne wieder.

Magnifica estancia
Fuimos dos parejas a pasar unos días para semana santa y estuvimos muy a gusto, el entorno es super tranquilo y la casa estupenda, con todas las comodidades. Totalmente recomendable, seguramente volvamos a alojarnos en esta casa.

Région et emplacement fantastiques
Séjour d'une semaine en famille (3 adultes, 2 enfants et 2 chiens) . La villa est spacieuse et propre. L'emplacement idéal à courte distance de la plage, du port et des commerces . La région et ses environs sont magnifiques et il y en a pour tous les goûts. Notre hôte William était à l'écoute et toujours disponible et joignable. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Holiday with dog
Great location and great garden that is complete closed for the dog. We have a dobermann and he enjoyed the big garden where he could run free without us worrying. The owner is very helpfull and replies fast if you have questions. We would for sure come back here. Only small thing: the pool was very cold and inside the house also. We had heating but it still was very cold. Other then that we had a wonderful time.

E’scala im Herbst
Ein schönes Haus; teilweise in die Jahres gekommenes Inventar; Töpfe und Pfannen sollten wie Geschirr und Besteck mal runderneuert werden; ansonsten eine sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit dort und einen sehr angenehmen Kontakt mit dem Verwalter (Besitzer?), der immer und schnell erreichbar war (1x musste die Gasflasche getauscht werden.
Danke auch für die mobile Heizung; im Oktober ist es abends und nachts doch schon recht kühl.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Una estancia completamente excelente, la casa es fantástica, mejor de lo que se puede apreciar en las fotos, toda la familia hemos disfrutado de unos días maravillosos, la ubicación es perfecta, la piscina más grande de lo que parece, el señor William muy atento y amable nos aconsejo sobre lo mejor que hay en L'Escala, han sido unos días de 10, seguramente sin duda repetiremos.

Vollkommende Zufriedenheit
Haus ist toll mit einem schönen großen Pool und einem großen Gelände.
Die Terrasse ist sehr groß und bietet zum gemütlichen Sitzen ausreichend Platz. Zum Strand von Riells sind es zu Fuß ca 1 km aber man kann dabei schön die anderen Häuser besichtigen. Zu Fuß zum Strand mit Kindern ohne Probleme machbar.
Als die Gasflasche leer war und auch das Hoftor nicht abschließbar war kam sofort Hilfe.
Herr Germain ist sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Second time we rented the house. Great, quiet location. Beach at walking distance. Great walking with our dog in nearby forest. Beautiful mountainbiking in Montgri nature reserve. Very recommendable.

Maison située dans un quartier calme et agréable, propre, bien entretenue et parfaitement équipée. Il nous a en outre été mis à disposition un lit parapluie.

Great house in lovely l’Escala
Great house, all fenced so the dogs can be in the garden without escaping. The swimmingpool is really nice when it is warm outside. Everything you need is present in the house. Many thanks to William, he had a lot of tips and we could always contact him when needed. He is a great host!

Perfect villa, feels like a home way-from-home
Spaceous villa with nice, clean pool. Great, shady sitting area for long mediterranean evenings. With fencing and walls excellent for dog. Easy to keep cool without a/c. Nice 'penthouse' with bath room on second floor. Good wifi. Easily suits 6 persons.

Semana de relax
Buscábamos una semana de descanso y desconexión y hemos encontrado la casa ideal. Pequeña y acogedora. Con la cocina y los baños reformados recientes. Hemos disfrutado de la piscina y la barbacoa y las mascotas se lo han pasado genial corriendo por el jardín. Situada cerca de sitios para visitar.

Very relaxed stay in a nice seaside town
This is a very nice property in a quiet residential neighbourhood, but just 20 minutes walk from the beach and shops. There is a typical Spanish bar close by (Rosa Lau), a forested area, ideal for walking dogs. The house itself is spacious, and has a homely feel, rather than just a holiday propery. The terrace is very nice to dine al fresco and sit in the evening with a glass of wine. The swimming pool is just marvellous. We've really enjoyed our stay. The surrounded countryside is dotted with old villages, and don't forget to visit Teratallada, a medieval town with moats carved from the surrounding rock.

Die Lage vom Haus ist ideal für Spaziergänge. Ruhige Lage.Nahe zur Stadttore und zum Strand.
Anfangs gab es Probleme mit dem warmen Wasser wurde aber schnell behoben. Der Garten war ideal für die Hunde zum toben. Würden immer wieder dieses Haus buchen.

Fantástico!
Hemos estado la primera semana de septiembre en la casa, y es fantástica. A las afueras de la Escala pero a 5 minutos en coche tanto del centro como de Cala Montgó. Todo bien. Lo único el césped ya no está, esa parte està un poco descuidada, y si quieres ver la TV está bastante anticuada. La comunicación con William fantástica! Repetiremos seguro!

Très belle villa bien située et, en tout point conforme à l'annonce et aux photos. Belle piscine très bien entretenue. Environnement calme et à 5 minutes en voiture du centre de l'Escala. Merci à William pour son accueil. La région est magnifique et nous avons pleinement apprécié notre séjour dans ce bel endroit.

Une villa propre moderne avec une trs belle piscine qui a ravi les enfants.
On a passé un tres agréable séjour. On aurait aimé rester plus d'une semaine mais pas de disponibilité. Le gérant serviable et disponible. Merci.

Pleasant villa and pool, nice location
Large, comfortable villa, lovely pool and large enclosed garden. First time we’ve stayed anywhere with our dogs where we knew for sure they couldn’t get out. Very short drive to the beach and centra L’Escala, large woodland area end of road, great for walking dogs. Responsive and friendly property manager in William, he gave us a map of key things in the area and provided a new kettle the same day after the old one broke. We would return and look forward to it.

Nos vacances de printemps
Notre séjour a été globalement agréable, les températures fraiches des premiers jours, ont nécessiter l'ajout de radiateurs.
Monsieur Germain a tout prévu et a été très réactif à chacune de nos demandes, un grand merci à lui.
La maison nous a permis de bien profiter de notre séjour de découverte de la région , qui est magnifique.
