Beautiful hotel in Abu Dhabi

The room was beautifully appointed, very quiet and very comfortable. It had a great view as well. Loved the Le Labo products in the bathroom. A very positive experience overall. Just sad we could only stay one night.

Fabulous hotel and lovely staff who couldn’t do enough for you

Very clean, all staff very attentive. Spacious room and even gave us a bottle of champagne, balloons and a cake for my husbands birthday

WOW! One of the best hotels Ever!

Simply, WOW. After 1 visit, this hotel is now in the top 3 list of any hotel in the UAE! The hotel was amazing, the staff were incredible and honestly- this hotel is so simply beautiful that it tops many other famous options out there. Highly recommend people to stay there. The customer service, the care and thought taken into making our stay memorable was amazing. They clearly have an incredible team and management. Oh and they have THE BEST BED in any hotel we've ever stayed at.

Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable!

My experience at the hotel was truly exceptional. The hotel offered a wide range of excellent amenities, and the toiletries were thoughtfully stocked. What truly stood out to me was the breakfast experience, which pleasantly deviated from the usual buffet style. The comfort of the beds was remarkable, and the television options were impressive, with the added convenience of being able to connect your phone to the screen, making it perfect for enjoying Netflix and YouTube.

The room service did take a bit longer, but it makes sense since we stayed in one of the apartments, which is in a separate building next to the main hotel.

Lovely Stay

The staff was very friendly and helpful. On arrival our room was upgraded which was very welcome. The room was spacious with pool and marina view. We had really a wonderful stay. Big thanks to Rony for making my daughter happy - the gift is amazing, a lovely surprise and such a kind gesture from you I am so grateful :)

Breakfast on request (a la carte) suggested to have buffet option which is the best ever

The hotel is amazing from lobby to rooms to bathrooms the vibe is just amazing and the decoration as well

1. We didn’t get a nice welcome treat like every one told me they did 2. We booked 2 rooms with twin bed but we only got 1 room with twin bed and the other was king bed 3. We asked at the check in to remove the extra bed we requested during booking but they did not remove it until we checked out ( i called guest services twice to have it removed) the room was smaller with it so it was annoying 4. They wanted to charge us for the extra bed but after discussion they didn’t
