Noisy aircon - we had to relocate in the middle of the night

Me ha gustado todo! Lo recomiendo mucho es súper fácil caminar a todos lados, está a dos cuadras de penn station que te conecta con todo! La habitación la aseaban todos los días y muy on point, muy cómoda, perfecta, pequeña pero súper funcional. El desayuno súper rico y de verdad te ayuda muchísimo a comenzar el día temprano y listo para comenzar tu aventura sin tener que parar a comprar algo de comer y perder tiempo. El personal increíble, las personas del bufete súper atentas y en front desk muy buena atención, amamos este hotel y volveríamos siempre sin duda. Buffet completísimo, personal súper agradable!

Bien placé pour visiter la ville Proche de la gare Penn Station, pratique pour l'aéroport ou pour le train de Boston

Zone réception bruyante et très animée Buffet petit déjeuner surpeuplé et difficile à pratiquer

- Good walking distance (within 15 min) to most of the midtown attractions. - Possibility to have breakfast in the avenue. - It's a good place to sleepover and explore the city.

- Not so many options for breakfast and quality was not outstanding. - Bathroom utilities were poor. Only one mini hand soap (which didn't get replaced in 6 days), shower gel and shampoo. I think that for the price of the hotel (which it's 4 stars), it could have more care and display more bathroom stuff. Just a personal opinion.

Super friendly staff and very comfortable room. Great location. Breakfast was full of great options.

Breakfast room can get very busy and manic, but just need to find the time slot that's less crazy.

Beds were comfortable. The variety for breakfast was good. There was live music for 2 hours of the day and there was a lounge/bar area. The desk staff was friendly and complimentary water was a bonus. The cleaning staff did a great jobs in the rooms.

I booked three rooms. In one room the water from shower leaked out into the restroom and seeped into the carpet. In another room the light bulb went out, the safe was locked, the restroom door was off the rail and at one point the restroom didn't flush . All things were promptly repaired or taken care of. No issues with the third room. Vanity of restroom was very small.
