Town house: air-conditioned down stairs.3 bed 1 &1/2 bathroom, situated right on the waters edge of beautiful, sheltered Geographe Bay. No car required. Spend the day on the beach across from the house and by the park. Have cocktails with ocean views on your deck then walk to the wine bars and restaurants. Or self cater in the well appointed kitchen with all new appliances. Enjoy the cooks garden and BBQ with an ocean view.

Great position. Close to shops and beach across the road. Plenty of room and well equiped kitchen. Enjoyed the wood fire. Would be a great place to stay in summer. Robin kept in touch during our stay, which was nice.

Great location near the centre of Dunsborough. Easy walking distance to shops, cafes, parks and beach. Beds were very comfy. Lovely stay for our family.

Absolutely perfect location. Had a lovely stay. Was a well equipped townhouse with thoughtfull facilities. Only suggestion _ bathroom is dated and could use a modern showerhead.

More than described in listing. 😊 Well-equipped property - toys, games, books and much more. Perfect spot for rest and relaxation and having coffee on the patio. It really seems to be the best way to start the day … the sound of the ocean, birds in the trees and watching the sun rise over the bay!

Clean, comfortable and easy location with your family. Kitchen well equipped with additional beach and leisure activities. Bathroom shower needs attention, low pressure. We had a fabulous stay. Thank you

We had a great weekend. The house was central to everything and close to the beach. It had all the necessities already there so you didn’t have to worry about packing all the extras. Would highly recommend.

The property is situated opposite the beach and just a few minutes walk to town. Great walking tracks along the beach, easy walk to restaurants or coffee shops. An easy to look after property with everything you need, but only the one bathroom which is a shower over bath

Excellent location with an easy walk to all shops etc. The property was well equipped with anything you would need to use. The beds were comfortable as well as the couches. One of the cons was the stairs to the bedrooms - we didn’t realise we would have to cart our suitcases upstairs! The other con was the amount of noise audible from the adjoining apartments. Overall a pleasant stay.

The property was fantastic. The photos didn't do it justice. It was clean and very well supplied. Everything you could possibly want was available. From kitchen appliances to beach towels and a picnic hamper. The location is perfect with easy access to everything. You can park the car and not use it again until you leave if you want. Of course, there are lots of lovely places to visit wineries to enjoy too! We will be recommending it to our friends.

Great location close to town and the beach across the road. Living kitchen dining area was a generous size. Bedrooms were nice especially the master very roomy, comfy beds and good wardrobes. The balcony off the master was fabulous to enjoy the view of the bay.

EVERYTHING you could need and want in a stay. So much thought went into many little extra comforts and details. Extremely comfortable beds. Close to everything while still being calm. We will be booking this house again!

The property is right opposite the beach and an easy walk to bar, cafes, bakery etc. The accommodation is well supplied with kitchen requirements (crockery, glasses, utensils etc.) and great hot water. The living area was spacious for the 3 of us with sleeping areas and bathroom upstairs. There was a separate toilet downstairs which was handy. The only negative if you could call it that is the stairs would be difficult for those who are unable to manage stairs as there is no bedroom on the ground floor. All up though a great place to stay and we would consider it again in the future.

My husband and I spent 4 days at the villa and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Morning coffee on the main bedroom balcony was a treat because of the ocean view. It was very close to the shopping centre & restaurants, and we could walk across the road to the beach. All in all a very pleasant getaway.
