20 Ulwell Road is a beautiful detached cottage situated in the village of Swanage, Isle of Purbeck. Hosting seven bedrooms; four king-size (two with en-suite), a double, a twin, and a single, along with two bathrooms, and two cloakrooms, this property can sleep up to eleven people. Inside you will also find a kitchen, utility area, dining room and sitting room, each with a woodburning stove. To the outside is ample off-road parking, and an enclosed raised decked area with furniture and grassed area. Located in a heart-warming setting with lovely surroundings, 20 Ulwell Road is a wonderful family cottage in a magnificent part of England.
Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburners. Aga, gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, 2 x TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off-road parking for 5 cars. Enclosed raised patio area with furniture and grassed area. Pet-friendly. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 mins walk, pub 1 min walk, beach 2 mins walk. Note: Garden area contains steps.

Town: This little town offers visitors plenty of shops, good pubs and restaurants, some of which specialise in locally caught seafood, and is also well known for its annual jazz festival, which takes place each July. The attractive, Victorian wooden pier offers a great place for a stroll, or fishing, and often used a departure point for divers, it’s a wonderful place to watch the world pass by.
