The house is less than 15 minutes from the village center of Saint-Tropez, 5 minutes from the beach of Pampelonne and 5 kilometers from the village of Ramatuelle.
This magnificent Californian style villa is built in the first row in front of the sea. It enjoys a southern exposure and is surrounded by a landscaped garden of about 1500 m² with free-form pool.
His strengths:
• A large living room, dining room overlooking the sea overlooking the terrace, a lounge area equipped with a large TV 75 inches and for musicians there is a grand piano.
• The house can accommodate up to 10 people with its 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
