Muy recomendable

La habitación era preciosa y para ser Bali todo limpio, las toallas olían bien. Tenían secador y acondicionador para el pelo. El desayuno bufet estaba muy bueno.

La piscina no estaba muy limpia. El WiFi iba fatal por no decir que no iba, solo en recepción. Y para ser un hotel de ese precio podrían poner TV con Interne ( SmartTv)

Un resort in mezzo al verde! Struttura bellissima e con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Cibo ottimo e possibilità di usufruire della navetta gratuita per il centro di Ubud.

La pulizia talvolta non è ottima. Ma nel complesso ci può stare.

O hotel é bonito e a piscina é maior do que aparece nas fotos. Apesar de não estar tão próximo do centro de Ubud, eles tem serviço de transfer gratuito que te leva ao Palácio de Ubud, Floresta dos Macacos, e outros locais localizados no centro. Os funcionários são muito prestativos e educados, além de procurarem atender com rapidez e eficiência qualquer demanda / problema / erro. Dão 2 garrafas de água pequena por dia.

Não me hospedaria novamente, nosso primeiro quarto tinha um cheiro fortíssimo de mofo, reclamei e nos trocaram rapidamente. Mas no seguinte o vaso sanitário estava manchado de preto por dentro (falta de manutenção e limpeza correta causa isso), eles oferecem sais de banho para a banheira que, do jeito que a hóspede anterior deixou, ficou por toda a minha estadia pois o housekeeping nunca tocou para limpar/repor. Falta de atenção não só para isso mas para se esquecerem: toalha de banho ou de rosto, ou o pano de chão, eu sempre tinha que ligar solicitando. O banheiro precisa de uma limpeza melhor, os cantos do box extremamente sujo e não tive coragem de utilizar a banheira. Café da manhã muito fraco, se você come carne, frango frito e arroz vai ser ótimo, do contrário não vale a pena. Serviço de transfer pro centro funciona mas é bagunçado: eles agendam com 1hora de antecedência e dizem que é só mandar mensagem e aguardar confirmação, mas 3 horas antes do retorno quando a gente pergunta eles dizem que está lotado não tem vaga ...

Goede locatie, fijne uitvalsbasis om leuke dingen te ondernemen in Ubud

Erg vriendelijk personeel, gratis shuttlebus naar het centrum. Het ontbijt was redelijk uitgebreid! Mooie badkamer met bad en douche.

Hotel is wat groter dan wat wij gemiddeld in Bali hadden geboekt. Dit maakt het wat minder knus/ gezellig.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. The villa was spacious, and the villa pool was a good size.

Decor was a bit dated for the 2 bedroom villa. A water dispenser with drinking water would be useful.

A small friendly hotel with happy and smiling staff ready to help at any time . Clean property and great value for money

Used the spa and noted the bath tub had rusted drain hole . This bathroom could have been kept more cleaner and more welcoming.

Great option for the price point

Fantastic staff. We upgraded our room, the larger room was perfect with a great balcony overlooking terrace Location was easy access to ubud center but away from the noise Pool and pool bar is great Breakfast is limited, nothing exceptional but works. Overall a fantastic experience for the price, would recommend. But it wasn't without its issues.

The original room we had - the smallest one, was too tight for two people. Washroom was tiny and sink was in the room instead of washroom. The upgraded room (we paid for it) was great size but had a musty smell. We still took it. The walls probably have had a rushed repair job since if you touch them your hands would turn white with semi dried paint / lime. There is a bit of a chokepoint for traffic outside the hotel to ubud center, specially in peak hours. But we utilized grab scooters, they can bypass the cars stuck there.

Heaven! A must place to stay. Private ‘The 3 Angles’ Villa to die for!

Everything was amazing… simply out of this world! From minute we arrived treated like royalty. Staff so attentive. Villa the most incredible place ever stayed … 2 massive rooms each with shower/bath/toilet - both joined by central shared living area than opened onto private terrace/infinity pool with beautiful views over paddy fields and towards main hotel area. Complimentary welcome drinks, fruit basket, wine and beer. Limitless water. Beer replenished daily! Also complimentary 15min massages each, and one night a meal cooked for us in Villa by their chef. Another highlight was the private floating pool breakfast. Sensational 5 night stay. Highly recommend.

Great Experience

Everything was perfect Breakfast Rooms Hygiene Staff The best thing was that they had shuttle service drop and pickup every 15-30 minutes which makes transportation very easy from the Hotel location which is 10-15 min from Ubud Market. (You just have to inform 1 hr prior of pickup or drop)

Nice place but hoped a bit more for that price

Big bed, helpful and friendly staff, free transfer to Ubud center, fruits in the room, pool overlooking the rice terraces. It was also very easy and comfortable to book trips from reception.

Lovely resort with nice pool

Beautiful resort which felt really boutique-y as the staff were lovely and helpful. Good breakfast, room size and pool. Shuttle bus to and from Ubud was easy to use.

Can take up to 30mins with the shuttle bus to get into Ubud town centre but this was due to lots of traffic during peak summer.

Nice experience on the fields

The staff are very friendly, we were warm welcomed upon checkin. the villa is so lovely and the private pool is quite clean. the floating breakfast is worthy to try.

Best If Bali location, amenities , service and vibe. Made my mum feel so special!

Ih my goodness I spent 4 nights here with my 77 year old mum for her birthday. She came from Australia and me from England. The team at the hotel were very professional, and attentive but more importantly genuinely caring, giving and always eager to please without going over the top. I was very sad to leave today, especially after my jungle view rose petal salt bath last night.

I did not like that I had to leave!!!

Amazing vacation in Greenfield! I am staying in this hotel not the first time and definitely will choose it again next time in Bali! Cozy, clean, absolutely lovely stuff, very helpful, friendly. Green and beautiful environment. Feel yourself like in the middle of the jungles, but at the same time in walking distance from the center of Ubud. Big and very beautiful pool, amazing food in the restraunt, nice massage. I love everything about this hotel!

A little bit too far to walk to places have to rely on transport. Spent 4 days there and the buffet didn't have bacon I asked. They said everyday it changed and it never did.

Exceptional

I loved everything here, I extended my stay and stayed for almost 2 weeks. The hotel is at a sileng part of Ubud, surrounded by the most beautiful rice fields yet it's easy to get to the center. The staff is amazing, I got sick while I was staying here and they helped my with everything - from calling the doctor till preparing food I can eat. The rooms are really nice and clean, breakfast is great and they make sure your wishes are fulfilled.
