Vị trí đẹp, phòng ở thoải mái, đầy đủ tiện nghi. Bác bảo vệ thân thiện. Nên có thêm đồ ăn như mì gói,snack set up và 1 số đồ uống để khách hàng dùng thêm.

Kinh khủng

Mình có đặt 1 căn hộ 2 phòng ngủ cho 4 người và đặt phòng trên xe từ Hải phòng lên Hà Nội hơi gấp nghĩ đặt trước 1 tiếng là OK . Ai ngờ lên đến nơi với 3 cái va li to thì nhân viên chỗ nghĩ 22 linh lang nói mình không có đặt phòng không đúng địa chỉ , khi cho nhân viên đó coi đã đặt phòng qua booking thì nhân viên nói hết căn 2 phòng rồi và yêu cầu mình phải trả tiền nếu muốn lấy 2 căn 1 phòng thay vì 1 căn 2 phòng như trước . Khi đặt phòng mình có để số điện thoại việt nam nhân viên không gọi báo trước là không còn phòng để mình đến nơi mới nói đó là điều tệ nhất . Và yêu cầu mình phải hủy đặt phòng trên booking để không mất tiền trả cho booking . Mình và bạn mình ko có nhu cầu lấy 2 căn vì muốn ở chung nên đã đặt phòng nơi khác. Nên tránh khu nhà cho thuê này ra nếu các bạn không muốn gặp xui giống như mình .

Good holiday

This is such a luxurious apartment, we stayed in a very cozy, Japanese-style room. The interior is arranged sparklingly and luxuriously. The apartment is in a good location, cars can easily get around, near supermarkets and delicious restaurants. Easy way to check in, security guards are very enthusiastic to help guests check in.

When we checked in the staff told us they were out of room even when we already had a reservation. We had to find a new place. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable

The promised facilities do not exist! No pool, No Spa, No Wellness, No whirlpool, No bar etc.

The appartment and the rooms were nice. There was a wasching machine in the bathroom.

I filtered for hotels with a pool and fitness and just booked this one because of the facilities. But they don't exist. The hotel lies on booking.com about what they offer. There is no pool, no spa welness, no restaurant, no bar & no whirlpool. When I asked the hotel where these facilities are they told me the pool is the bathtub in our bathroom and the whirlpool is the wasching machine(???) The "gym" is not usable as the security officer seems to live there. And there is only one bike and a treadmill. There is almost nothing in the kitchen to cook with. Only 2 mugs and 1 cup and nothing to stir in a pan. I asked in advance if we can check-in early as our flight arrived very early and they said no problem. Then on the day of our arrival they told me it's too early and we can only check-in at the normal time (14:00). Upon arrival they told me the building was full and we have to go to another building. There we left our luggage and I already had to pay in cash. Then 1h later I got a message from the hotel that there is no room and they have to cancel our booking (even tough I already paid). Then 1h later again they wrote me that there is a room now and we can come. Then they wrote me that at 16:00 that some other guests would come to see our room. I told them no of course not I had a very long flight and was awake for almost 50h! The check-in process and the communication was just a total mess and I would not book there again. I can also not understand the good reviews here in Booking.com when almost none of the promised facilities exist and they just lie. You can check the reviews on Google (which I unfortunately didn't do), there they are more correct.

There was smell in the bathroom. The room was smelling very heavy cigarette. I asked staff to change my room but they said there was no other room available. I stayed in the room anyway. After I woke up I felt like I have been smoking for several years already 🫠

The location right in the heart of the Japanese quarter was excellent. Very close to a good selection of restaurants and fairly close to Lotte. The check-in, as well as the check-out, was smooth. I loved that the room was equipped with everything one may need, including AC, an iron, and a hair dryer.

The place could've been cleaner. Also, I spotted two cockroaches in the room. While the big one most likely came from the outside, the smaller one might have been residing inside for a while. Not sure though. I also saw a lizard but I kinda liked it. It was cute.
