Relaxing, modern apartment

Lovely apartment located in the Ramada Resort. Very clean and modern with a full size fridge.

Sofa bed was very uncomfortable (as they always are!) but the regular bed was great.

Sonia's room was lovely and clean, fabulous bed, heaps of pillows and towels, little complementaries which gave a lovely touch. The full size fridge was well used and the Netflix was a great bonus. She even called to offer a mid stay free clean up and was really friendly to speak to. Fabulous host.

Pool needed to be heated up a bit earlier after summer.... Was a tad cold.

the room although on the complex is separate from the hotel and a couple of the reception staff were a little less than cordial because we were not paying the hotel direct.

the Ramada is a beautiful hotel, the pool is amazing, there is a path to four mile beach which is a 5 minute walk away and the staff are so helpful and wonderful.

Great relaxing stay, very happy.

Breakfast meals were fantastic as were all other meals we had throughout the day.

Only negative was no beer on tap.

Private owned room within beautiful rainforest theme resort. Well designed, great pool and access to the beach very close. Sonia's room was perfect as it included extras to make it close to a self catering option. Big fridge and freezer and everything to make snacks and food with toaster and microwave. Really clean and bed super comfy. The value during January was outstanding, low season rate but still very cheap for what you get. Thank you Sonia ...

So relaxing, for a short stay we left feeling revived.

The layout similar to resorts I had stayed in on tropical islands. Love the way nature is a large part of the layout.

Perfect getaway

Room was clean. Quiet in room. Bed was comfortable. Room and bathroom were spacious. Linen refreshed at the 1 week mark (and these staff were wonderful - very efficient and humorous). Restaurant was lovely. Pool was wonderful. Loved being amongst the trees. Staff were wonderful. Sonia was very accommodating and her communication was impeccable. Wifi access. Netflix in the room. Loved our stay.

We had a wonderful time and would definitely use this accommodation again. We had a longish stay and felt comfortablely

The room was sparklingly clean, large, comfortable, the aircon highly efficient, with limited self-catering options, if needed, especially with the more than adequate fridge. The bathroom was roomy and towels were good quality. The room is situated in a quieter area with little passing foot traffic. Access to the resort facilities was easy and a short walk to a beach, with a short drive to the main Port Douglas beach and town centre. The option to use the bicycles provided was an added bonus.

High quality stay in Port Douglas.

The room was very well appointed with facilities over and above what would normally be expected in a hotel room. King bed, a leather couch and full size dining suite completed the room. Kitchen equipment and a microwave were also provided Sonia was extremely helpful when we checked in even helping with bringing our luggage from the car. In short, an enjoyable stay in comfortable and luxurious surroundings. A lot of care had gone into presentation of the room

Could not fault the room so didn't like leaving. This was our sixth hotel room for this current trip and was far and away the best.
