Charming apartment completely renovated in the old town of Cordoba, consists of two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and three balconies overlooking a square with much charm.

The house is located in an ideal place to enjoy all the tourist and gastronomic attractions of Cordoba.

The House

It is located in a typical Andalusian building of only 3 floors.

The balcony of the Axerquia occupies the second floor of the building and has no elevator.

The flat has two bedrooms, the main bedroom has a 150 cm wide double bed, and the second bedroom has 2 beds, 105 cm wide each.

Fully equipped bathroom, shower, two sinks, hair dryer, shampoo, body wash, towels (hand, hair and bath).

Kitchen, completely new, including all the necessary appliances, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, ceramic hob, croquery and cutlery, etc.

The apartment has wifi, central heating and air conditioning.

There is no parking, but we can offer public parking nearby.

The neighborhood

The property is situated in the San Pedro neighborhood, in the historical part of the city. It's an ideal location to walk to the landmarks (Cathedral mosque, the Roman bridge, the Viana palace, the museums, the Plaza de la Corredera, the Real Alcázares, the Synagogue, the Jewish quarter, the courtyards)

There were a few things that were disappointing with this apartment. The Expedia booking confirmation said that the apartment would email us within two days with further information, and they never did, so we had to telephone them. The apartment said they’d contact us two days before we arrived with parking details, and they never did, so we had to contact them again. We arrived to find that we weren’t staying in the lovely building in the photos, but in an apartment on another side of the square. There were two balconies from the lounge looking out onto the square and one set of doors couldn’t be opened. The shower flooded the bathroom so much that it’s clearly damaged the door frame and the wood flooring in the hall - and we had to mop up water every time we showered. The rear bedroom window looks directly into the utility room which was unsightly and dark. There were splashes on the wall in the kitchen. There were areas where the paint had chipped, and in the lounge areas that had been missed. However, there were some good things about the apartment. When we did contact them, the people were very friendly and helpful. The apartment had a nice view - the building in the photos! It was a good location - 10 mins walk from the centre. The lounge and main bedroom were very comfortable and nicely decorated (apart from the missing paintwork). And the wallpaper in the hall is fab.
